Switched one of the salmon meals to ground turkey just for variety.

Took Measurements

Biceps went from 16 to 16.5 one arm is slightly smaller.

Chest went from 43.5 to 44 1/4

Definitely can tell that I gained size from the side. Also not my most flattering angle, titties are looking a little bit flabby from the side. Included a side chest photo flexed. I have no idea what I am doing as far as posing.

Definitely would be fun to see what I look like when I cut down and what I need to improve on, but I feel like in the same time I finally started filling out all my clothes to the point where I actually look like i lift in a T-shirt and with a cut I feel like all that's going to go away.

Honestly as you get leaner it gives the illusion of being bigger due to your muscles being more defined and rounder. Now that’s up to a certain point. If you get closer to stage conditioning you are going to look smaller at some point. That’s not what you will do though since you aren’t competing.

Last week appetite was completely non-existent. Not sure what happened, last meal took me 1 hour to 2 hours to finish.

Diet is changing a little. Adding more coconut oil, honey and pomegranate juice.

Minor set back during Christmas week, not sure what I ate that caused a stomach bug. Could not keep anything down for 3 days, pretty much deflated. Gonna try to catch up on fluids and calories.

It’s going around man. I’m still recovering but taking care of the fam now.. there all throwing up.. I just felt like I got hit by a car.. I wasn’t eating but was somehow bloated af.. to the op.. looking great man.
Definitely mking gainz!!!

Just trying to pound fluids in to get back to 217. Will upload blood work after the last week to see what my levels are. Pretty excited to see what they could be at and what will need improved for next time as far as supplements.

Final Week

Wow, can’t believe it’s already been 20 weeks! Time really flew by. I want to give a huge shoutout to SBlabs for this amazing opportunity and covering all the costs. This has been just the motivation I needed to start enjoying working out again and to have a clear goal. I know my transformation isn’t the most jaw-dropping, but I’m genuinely proud of what I’ve achieved in these 20 weeks. I’ve learned so much about building muscle and the effort it really takes. I used to think I could just take shortcuts, eat whatever, and put in minimal effort, but I was totally wrong. It’s actually the opposite! Having Killion as my trainer has been a game changer. His expertise and knowledge are invaluable. Nothing beats having someone there to explain things on the spot or correct my form when I’m off.

Future Plans

I’m planning to keep training with Killion to reach the physique I’m aiming for. If you know Alex Ebanks, David Laid, and Jesse James, that’s the look I’m going for, but with a bit more size. I’ll still be updating this log occasionally, just not as frequently.

I’ve got blood work scheduled for this week, and I’ll share the results here and in the community thread for anyone interested.

Final Week

He’s the type of client every coach wants. It was pleasure working with him and excited to continue working with him as he continues his journey. Body composition stayed relatively the same so these were clean gains in 20 weeks. After the health phase he will start a mini cut to clean things up then will start another growth phase.

Week 1 - 200lbs
Week 16 - 217.8lbs - before getting sick
Week 20 - 214lbs

Starting Calories - 2850
Protien - 270
Carbs - 310
Fats - 60

Ending Calories- 3500
Protein - 280
Carbs - 405
Fats - 80
