I do have to say it's been great being trained by Killion. Having someone you can ask questions and guide you in the right direction is definitely worth it. Also some of the exercises that he has me doing that I enjoy and probably would never have found out about them. Also SB Labs gear is definitely great and the overall experience of placing orders is just so easy/smooth and worry free, am glad I found him on the forum first and not someone else.With SB Labs and kill at the wheel this dude can't lose!!

Training increasing volume adding another top set to failure.
Legs are finally starting to get a little definition. I know one of the legs looks bigger, had a reaction for some reason so it's swollen. Most likely wrong placement of the shot.

To the outside of the dark spot on your thigh would be a good spot*Thats pretty low for me atleast, that would give me nasty pip. I find my sweet spot to be: find the dead middle of the quad and hit the meatiest part about an inch about the middle in the sweep. Sometimes I can't even tell I pinned the days after.

I've been there done that and regretted it big time.Yep too low. Should be 6-8 inches up from knee and on the outer sweep

Yes got it down, just the last one wasn't to good.
I always find it funny when a coach adds like 10 to 15 grams of something and I'm like this isn't going to do shit. But bam the next week it's like a huge change in you physique.Exciting News
