Woke up after a good 7 hours walked the pup and some good stretching and pre workout meal weight was down a lb this morning after yesterdays rest day.

Legs are shot but in a glorious way haha. Well her 10k steps for the day. Hunger has been through the roof again all day. Excited to take a gummy tonight knock out have a killer check in and blast out an upper day. Hope everyone’s killing the weekend
 
Weight outta bed today 226.6 weekly average was 226.1 definitely settled this week got decent sleep not the best but 6.5 hours got up and sent check ins to coach got some
Decent snow so wasn’t in a hurry to do in person either of us. But blasted out cardio no shin splints today and had an okay upper day. Didn’t regress on any lifts stagnant on some minor progression on others. Not stressing it but I’m assuming coach is going to look at that along with recovery feedback etc and either bump food or gear. We will see again I jsjt follow the plan. Gunna be a lazy chore dah today besides taking the kids out in the snow. But conditioning is still holding well and stoll
Growing so we are in a good place. Ill update here at the end of the day along with plan updates
 
On we continue rolling with the plan! Coach is very happy with the size we are putting on now with so we are going to ride this out until we need another trick outta the bag. Lantus will be in this week so we will start that on training days. Here my fatass was hoping for more food 🤣 been resting pretty well today but still well over 10k steps. Tomorrow is just a cardio so even more rest I’ll be ready to crush legs Monday
 
Body told me it needed rest I don’t even remember knocking out didn’t set an alarm woke up feeling refreshed for sure and today’s a rest day so I’ll be primed for tomorrow. No really crazy updates today cardio done. Catch yall later tonight
