Reta did nothing for my appetite, but I've never ran it high enough to get that bonus. Then again, big fan of running something just enough that if you take it away you notice. That being said, it's really helped with carb sensitivity, guess I had been doing keto for years and never knew it lol. It's also been great for laser focus and not giving an eff. Last 10 years I learned for the most part how not to give an eff, respectfully, and reta completed the training. Very rarely drink, 1-2 beers or 1-2 old fashions and I'm good for another 2-3 months. Reta eliminated that, no wanting to whack one down at all, buddy said the same thing. Buddy went straight to 4mgs, and is up to 8mgs. Heart rate has bumped anywhere from 7-10 more beats per minute, not exactly okay with that, and have not been able to get it backed down in well over 2/3 year running reta, tried all forms of cardio and nothing. Blood pressure is unchanged. I do have moments when I don't want to do a damn thing, but I force myself to get out and about. Reta has also taken away my bouts of depression, big plus there. I've always managed it rather easily, so I thought, but not having to manage it has been a real big weight lifted. Definitely more to this compound.
