No it is not enough to do anything

It also would not counter dht side effects, as winstrol is a dht derivative. It would increase dht sides if anything.

What everyone else said and also, nandrolone decanoate is not a dht.

25mg of winstrol a day, sure. But 25mg a week is nothing. That isn't going to do anything with deca as that is a 19-nor hormone. With your test/deca dose, you are seeing elevated prolactin and most likely estrogen if you are see side effects. Winstrol isn't something to use as a back up for side effects.
