Reta could do ruined my life

SB Labs
Pure anecdote, but I personally know 2 guys who compete that eat extremely clean and are lean all year round. Both never had stomach issues prior, hopped on reta and both had bad stomach issues. One took 3 months to get better and the other still hasn't gotten better. Not evidence and could be coincidence, but this has been reported elsewhere. It seems the leaner you are, the more sides you seem to get with this compound. Weird.
That sounds great 🤣

I'm on 6mg of reta and have Anhedonia from it....but I kinda like it. I have simplified by life to the basic necessities which equates to a lot less stress and more saving money. I was huge into cars, motorcycles, video games, guns, etc. I sold most of my project cars, all but one motorcycle, and have no desire to play video games unless it's a huge release AAA game. I spend most all of time time at the gym and with my family now, while still enjoying what I have left in terms of toys. I'm able to appreciate what I have more and enjoy it instead of having to constantly worry about it. I don't spend as much time and money on my hobbies anymore and it has helped my relationship with my wife. I spend more time with my son and started him working out because he likes what he sees in me. It's all about perspective.
This is awesome to hear brother, good for you and your fam I'm sure! IT can and does do this too. Fascinating what some of the glp's "turning down of the noise" as they say can do for different people it can be awful for some, a godsend for some others. It's not just "food noise" but lessened heightened dopamine responses and triggers for many, therefor no longer to "use" what gave them their "hit" (booze, coke, video games, porn, gambling, blowing money and/or sprees...they all hit the same "fuck this feels good" receptors.

You really love it? Bc of the weight loss?

I am interested in this compound for that purpose too but I can’t afford to become despondent etc.

And certainly nervous about physical sides that could fuck me up.

I know it’s risk vs rewards.

Thx bro
This shit is one of the greatest compounds I’ve ever taken.

I didn’t realize how fucked up my relationship with food was until I started taking it. I managed to drop 60 pounds without any sort of drugs so it wasn’t like I relied on it to be able to lose weight. But for the last 15 or so pounds,

Cholesterol, blood sugar, insulin, all drastically improved. Inflammation markers improved, energy is better, digestion is actually better despite the fact that it’s slow. I don’t look bloated and shitty all day after eating, I actually go to bed looking like I just had a rough day with my muscles being full instead of my stomach looking full.

Sure there’s risks, everything has risks, in fact, I think the anhedonia was like somewhere between 10 and 15% of participants? And I’ve yet to hear of someone discontinuing it and still suffering from the sides. They usually resolved upon cessation of the drug or lowering of the dosage. For the number of people who’ve experienced the absolute worst side effects of reta, there’s thousands who didn’t. So you have to take everything with the grain of salt.

Yes, lots of people have struggled, but even more so have seen incredible benefits from it. It’s one of those things you just have to take for yourself and see what happens. I was freaking out about all the negative side effects before I took it and I wish I hadn’t waited the two months that I did stressing over it because the worst side effect I had was some bad heartburn one night.

that should say looking like I just had a refeed day lol. My voice to text doesn’t like to listen

First off, awesome job dropping that weight. That's a life changer and requires serious discipline.

I'm sure you know this but all of the blood data points you listed as drastically improving are also inherent with weight loss itself. Were you on reta the whole time of the weight loss? Not saying the reta wasn't a great tool just pointing out maybe those data points/bloating issues would have improved regardless. Just spit balling.

No. I dropped 60ish without reta. 248 right before I had hamstring surgery then all the was down to about 185-188. I added it then and have since dropped another 12-15lb.

I am aware markers improve with weight loss. A lot of my issues did improve BUT my bloods beginning of the year had my fasting BG at 99, and my insulin at 16. My bloods as of May had my BG at 83 and my insulin at 4. Lipids improved but more specifically the apoB marker had a drastic improvement. And despite the weight loss I still had trouble with sleeping on my back without having sleep apnea issues.

I will admit the sleep apnea would most likely have resolved if I lost the remainder even without reta. BUT after 7 months of dieting and coping with some major life events I was not in a place where I would have maintained my diet for much longer. The shift in my dopamine pathways and the cessation of food noise gave me that extra push through some pretty dark times.

I will say that while the stomach bloating also did improve dropping 60lbs (most significantly a decrease in GERD that I’ve dealt with for decades) I still held a lot of water around my mid section and would end the day refusing to look in the mirror cuz I just looked like shit. Flat while also puffy/swollen guts. Even on .5mg of reta I started noticing that at the end of the day I looked full and pumped instead of bloated and soft.

Obviously not everyone is going to respond the same. I’m not trying to take away from OP in the slightest but I did want to at least want to present the other side of the drug to people asking. Devils advocate so to speak. Nothings worth your mental health but if you could greatly benefit from it and the sides are something you can reverse fairly quickly, then I think it’s worth seeing both sides rather than just “it’s bad and it causes these issues”. It’s good to see everyone who did have bad experiences come forward to give us a better view of the sides. And I definitely hope OP sees the anhedonia fall off quickly once the drug clears.

I'm not using it 😂I think it completely actually ruined my appite for good I haven't taken it in 3 weeks I can still eat but the desire for food is not the best anymore
Took me a month to get my appetite back, and that was just from 2 shots of that shit, you been on it for a while so it may take longer.
Try n eat a lot of fiber and clean your colon out. (y)

I used 12 mg and still ate like a pig lol
Zero sides from reta
My friends using same brand same batch. Could hardly take 1 mg.
One stopped hitting gym all together. Lost all the drive
Other one lost libido
Another one had indigestion

Pretty interesting stuff personally not a fan but as a disclaimer I can’t say how many other simultaneous variables contribute to or from my perceived side effects.

One thing is I live with someone that is steady state for months on Reta and I pay attention now to things. Thats another topic.

I was on it for close to 2 months at low dose and I had to wash it out for a surgery.. Took a while to get out completely..

Then a few weeks ago we got a new supply TD of it so I tried 1.6mg for 2 wks.. yep it’s real.. I was loving life like a autumn buck and boom Deca dick kinda.. hard dick hot wife just want to sleep.. wtf is that and on Masteron to boot..

Not for me gents but that stuff could be magic I think for so many, If one could build a routine and diet right around Reta focused on your goal from physical health to mental health but attacking one issue independently with it..

Reta did nothing for my appetite, but I've never ran it high enough to get that bonus. Then again, big fan of running something just enough that if you take it away you notice. That being said, it's really helped with carb sensitivity, guess I had been doing keto for years and never knew it lol. It's also been great for laser focus and not giving an eff. Last 10 years I learned for the most part how not to give an eff, respectfully, and reta completed the training. Very rarely drink, 1-2 beers or 1-2 old fashions and I'm good for another 2-3 months. Reta eliminated that, no wanting to whack one down at all, buddy said the same thing. Buddy went straight to 4mgs, and is up to 8mgs. Heart rate has bumped anywhere from 7-10 more beats per minute, not exactly okay with that, and have not been able to get it backed down in well over 2/3 year running reta, tried all forms of cardio and nothing. Blood pressure is unchanged. I do have moments when I don't want to do a damn thing, but I force myself to get out and about. Reta has also taken away my bouts of depression, big plus there. I've always managed it rather easily, so I thought, but not having to manage it has been a real big weight lifted. Definitely more to this compound. Appreciate everyone's continued feedback on this, good stuff Gents!

I just recently developed bleeding ulcers while on Reta at 1mg/wk. was in the hospital for two days then they had to put me asleep go down and do endoscopy. They took eight biopsies out of my stomach and duodenum. The gastroenterologist thought it could’ve been cancer, had to wait two weeks for the test results to come back benign. He thinks the most probable cause is the Reta. I had several lesions/ulcers.
Well, s**t. I was kind of hoping low doses (under 2 mg) were relatively safe, physiologically speaking, if not psychologically.

But 1mg....damn.

Not blaming Reta by itself.
I was taking other peptides, supplements and winstrol which I think had a compounded affect.

Still, thank you for posting.

I think I have a bad habit, sometimes, of amalgamating supplements, peptides and gear, all into the same category in my mind; and then I end up not having the proper respect for the potential side effects/long-term consequences some of these compounds/substances can have.
