Hello mates!

Okay, where do I even begin so I don't write too much? Many people here gave me strength after I did a PCT following two years of using steroids. It's been six months since my last SERM injection during the PCT. I train 3-4 times a week, lots of strength training, lots of cardio, perfect blood work, but terrible testosterone levels... LOL. Despite this, my discipline, diet, and routine are still good. However, I've noticed that my recovery has become extremely poor, which is why I'm thinking about going back on steroids. For those wondering why I stopped? Mental side effects—it's all explained here somewhere. I'll never use steroids as heavily as I used to. My goal isn't to get as big and wide as possible; I'm 40 now. Recovery, and being able to maintain this for as long as possible, is my goal.

I'm planning to start with Sustanon, 250mg for two weeks, check my blood work including E2, adjust accordingly, maybe add Anavar, but that's it. The whole thing lasted 16 weeks. Wanting more children? Nah, I "made" my third child on PCT LOL. So that goal has been achieved too.

My current stats:

90kg/200lbs (sober)
Body fat: Since pct recovery, increased from 10-12% to 15-17%. Still visible abs...

any suggestions?
 
Great to see you back! I would personally drop the Anavar in this situation. The injectable with your knowledge will yield great gains. Keep your cholesterol levels good and ditch the var. the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. Just my opinion.
 
Hey man! I think you may just want to keep it simple. Just 200-250mg of Test per week should probably keep you 1k-maybe 1500ng/dl, and possibly a lil bit more depending how well you respond. From there I agree with @Meetketchup, drop the Var and personally I would add in 2IU of GH every night before bed. If you can run it as long as you can the better. It’s an excellent compound for us guys in our 40s for many things. Recovery, sleep, soft tissues, hair, skin, nails, etc. IMO it’s worth every penny.

Thx mate! Appreciate that! My natural blood work show a slightly to high SHBG 65nmol/l and very low free test 160pmol/l as my old knowledge knows Var will drop mainly SHBG and raise free test. But yes you're right Sust allone will give me all that recovery back I'm sure. 🙏
 
Yesterday, I had bloodwork again just to be safe, but since I had the big panel done two months ago (including lipids, kidneys, heart, liver, HC etc.), this time it was just hormones and HbA1c (long-term blood sugar). My total testosterone was 300 ng/dl two months ago and is now still natty over 500 ng/dl, which I'm really happy with for a 40-year-old. But because of the intense training, my SHBG has gotten even worse; it's almost consuming all my free testosterone... I suspect that since PCT was over six months ago, my body still needs a lot of time to recover... or what do you think?

Just to be clear if I say "natty". My coach told me once if used PED's on the past you'll never be natty again, even if you do a propper pct like I did 6 Mth. ago....so if I say natty, that means I don't take any PED''s, no test, no HGH, nothing.

My slightly high HbA1c is a result of consuming mk677 since I stopped with PED's, it helped me a bit to keep my gainz as much as possible.

maaaan, I missed that feeling of beeing on! But this time it's a TRT / TRT+ only! As I put more focus on strength, longevity, stamina.......
