Been dealing with pretty bad TFL pain for the last 2 weeks.
Managed to do some light, heel elevated back squats today but pretty much no sort of leg press or anny other squat movements without some pretty decent pain.
I have been stretching and trying to strengthen my glutes and hamstrings but it’s driving me crazy to not be able to do any heavy ish squatting movements. Even leg extensions cause some pain unless I’m super strict and slow with my movements.
Any advice? It’s just my left leg (I have some nerve damage from a proximal hamstring tear repair) so I figure that might play a part in my issue
