Saw that my clinic offer nandrolone. Anyone run a low dose of it with trt? What were the benefits and any sides? Debating on adding some var or this from my clinic for the summer?

Then it would no longer be TRT :)

The chance of getting some joint relief doesn't outweigh the negative heart risks of adding Nandrolone. Especially if you are on the older side. BUT that choice is up to the user.

Var will hit your lipids, so unless you are lean there really is no point in using var for summer.

Ok cool yea def don't want no heart stress so that'll be a no for me

I have noticed zero joint benifits when running at low doses. It would likely help with muscle gains to some degree. But i have not had that experience these days as i don't feel well on it. When i was a kid in my 40's it did not bother me.

YMMV but I can't live without it. It's what allows me to continue to lift. When I fucked my back up I learned to accept it and suffer through the pain, but when my shoulders started back up and couldn't lift the empty bar without pain I added some Nan. Life changing! I had to up it a bit with the heavy work I'm doing but should be able to come back down on dosage after this meet, at least that's what I tell myself. I was using Nand for a bit and came off it, FUCK the pain!! So I started a bit of NPP in my squirts of test, that and a bunch of rehab I'm back to normal, whatever the fuck that is. But I'm playing with house money so, I'm not to concerned with longevity, an IMPORTANT thing to note.

You’ve made me feel young. Thank you!

I’ve ran 100mg deca 200mg test and yeah definitely some just overall pain relief. Idk if it’s increased sanolvial fluid or if deca just turns down your pain receptors but it does work. Only problem is once you come off the pain comes right back and then some.

I still use a trt clinic and it’s from there they leave me on it year round, although I typically on use it for 6 months on 6 months off then just save the reminder and I’ll skip a refills or two to save $.

Bloods are always fine other than suppressed HDL

So I'm in my mid 40s and have tried "Deca" with TRT for a few months run in the past. I believe I started at 75mg and ran up to around 100mg max a week. 50mg Mon, 50mg Thur as an example. I did notice joint relief. My lower back would have some pain when doing bench work, and I noticed it took the edge off.

With that said, it did make me feel "mildly" depressed. Nothing major, you could just tell a tad a difference. Folks react differently to it, so you would just have to try it to see if it helps. Some find help at 50mg a week, it just varies. Now deca does stay in around in your system for a pretty long while after stopping, so be aware of that. Half lives and all that.

NPP is much quicker to leave system if you want to try that, just more pins. Again some get relief on joints also with NPP, and others not.

If you are looking for more of a summer cut, Anavar is the ticket, 8 weeks on it. Deca if you need some joint help. And get both if you are feeling pretty adventurous ;)

TRT+ is the new terminology used in lieu of cycle :)
