Ok cool yea def don't want no heart stress so that'll be a no for meThen it would no longer be TRT
The chance of getting some joint relief doesn't outweigh the negative heart risks of adding Nandrolone. Especially if you are on the older side. BUT that choice is up to the user.
Var will hit your lipids, so unless you are lean there really is no point in using var for summer.
I have noticed zero joint benifits when running at low doses. It would likely help with muscle gains to some degree. But i have not had that experience these days as i don't feel well on it. When i was a kid in my 40's it did not bother me.
So I'm in my mid 40s and have tried "Deca" with TRT for a few months run in the past. I believe I started at 75mg and ran up to around 100mg max a week. 50mg Mon, 50mg Thur as an example. I did notice joint relief. My lower back would have some pain when doing bench work, and I noticed it took the edge off.Saw that my clinic offer nandrolone. Anyone run a low dose of it with trt? What were the benefits and any sides? Debating on adding some var or this from my clinic for the summer?

TRT+ is the new terminology used in lieu of cycleThen it would no longer be TRT

doesn’t mean it won’t work for you though. Ive done it …mehh..lol
Everything still hurt .and considering i had to pin 3times a week at low dose .for me the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze lol
I love npp but at low doses with my TRT just didn’t do it for me and I’m only 48doesn’t mean it won’t work for you though.

Definitely need to pull bloods and get that checked if you run it again. 19-nors can wreck havoc on the mentalDefinitely gave me noticeable joint relief and strength gains and easier to put on mass. I topped out at 125mg Test and 125mg NPP and was stronger there and joints felt better than the current 250 test 100 EQ and daily proviron. But, killed libido and reduced erection quality along with anxiety and depression. I didn't really think I had those sides until I came off and noticed the difference. I still have few bottles and I'll probably run it when bulking again with a stronger test base and maybe an AI. But no way I would personally run it long term for the reasons above and the heart risks. The strength was nice on it though. Bloods always looked great. I suspect my issues were related to progesterone receptor binding and/or prolactin levels. But I never did test for prolactin on cycle. If I run it again, I'll include prolactin in my blood work.
It's strange because I've been in this since 1988 and then deca was king. there was no mental health issues from deca then. It's now that society has changed so much where everyone is talking endlessly about feelings and maybe because so many people now are on psych drugs.Definitely need to pull bloods and get that checked if you run it again. 19-nors can wreck havoc on the mental
It wasn't drastic. Didn't notice it until I came off. And then my joints feel like crap again, psoriatic arthritis, but I'm horny again and smiling a lot more. I took P5P for prolactin and didn't have any other prolactin symptoms, nipple sensitivity or gyno stuff. So I suspect it was more the progesterone receptor pathway. But, man was I strong on it.Definitely need to pull bloods and get that checked if you run it again. 19-nors can wreck havoc on the mental
I’m sure they were suffering just didn’t wanna tell anyone like people do nowIt's strange because I've been in this since 1988 and then deca was king. there was no mental health issues from deca then. Nope, I was there and I was using it too. Maybe because we had cheap beer, muscle cars, disco and Catholic. We didn't have emo boyz on Tic Toc, Prozac, Welbutrin, Lexapro, and tranny storytime.I’m sure they were suffering just didn’t wanna tell anyone like people do now![]()
Ran 100mg deca and 270mg test/wk for 12 weeks. Same results. Didn't notice much muscle gain, which is what I was hoping for.I’ve ran 100mg deca 200mg test and yeah definitely some just overall pain relief. Idk if it’s increased sanolvial fluid or if deca just turns down your pain receptors but it does work. Only problem is once you come off the pain comes right back and then some.
I still use a trt clinic and it’s from there they leave me on it year round, although I typically on use it for 6 months on 6 months off then just save the reminder and I’ll skip a refills or two to save $.
Bloods are always fine other than suppressed HDL

I have a theory on this. Here me out. I'm 45. Its because our parents raised us, to what I refer to, as the anxiety generation. The bullshit that we went through, a majority of our parents shouldn't even been allowed near children. Dont get kidnapped by white chevy vans, youre gonna die from Aids, dont leave the house without clean underwear because something will happen and youll end up in the hospital, get out of the shower its raining, put a book over your head to protect from flying debris, dont get out of bed at night because the boogeyman will get you, dont swallow bubblegum or it will clog your insides. Not to mention active shooters started killing kids in school. I could go on and on and on with the things that they traumatized kids of my generation with.Nope, I was there and I was using it too. But seriously, From Nature Journal, The prevalence of psychological disorders has seen a significant increase globally. As of 2021, nearly 1 in 7 people, or approximately 1.1 billion individuals, were living with a mental disorder. This rise is particularly notable in anxiety and depressive disorders, which are the most common types.
The number of psychoactive drugs in1980 has increased from ~60–80 psychotropic active ingredients to ~200–250 in 2026.
Looking back, I would rather have cheap beer, muscle cars, disco and Catholic girls than emo boyz on Tic Toc, Prozac, Welbutrin, Lexapro, and tranny storytime.

They thought the shit was funny and fast forward 30 years, and everyone has anxiety. The shit is taught to us by freaked out parents that encountered a changing world in the 80s and didnt know how to manage it. So I do partially agree with you that it wasnt prevalent back then as it is now, but we didnt create it within ourselves, it was given to us my our parents.
And yes, I think you grew up in a better time period.
