Definitely! I've always felt its jusy get it in you doesn't matter what time of day but now that I'm using pre-cardio pre-workout I'm starting to feel that timing can serve different goals. If one does 2 IU in am then 2 IU in evening, without getting body used to it, ie. start out 2 IU per day, then 3, then 4, is the swollen numb hands thing an issue and still needs to be approached carefully? It's a total IU per day thing, correct?
