SB Labs
No food pics or lifts for a few days. Close family in a bad way, gotta make do with bending machines and cafeteria.

Still going to be able to get fasted cardio, just not today, since I haven’t sleep for close to 40 hours.

Updating for the sake of it, so the consecutive 365 days documented goal can be hit.

I did get lucky, but in a different way.

Family is home from the hospital like 2-3 days early and I finally got to eat some real food. Need to take a day or two to help with their recovery. Still going to update for the sake of it.

Second meal of the day was brought by a family friend so I didn’t have to cook. No idea the macros, wasn’t going to interrogate them. I’m sure I got a decent amt of protein and not too many calories.

Adding another hour of cardio per week.

Uphill treadmill, 115-130hr for 20 minutes a day AFTER a few lifts. Fasted cardio remains unchanged at 22min/day every day.
