Have gained 3lbs of scale weight over the last 2.5 weeks. Granted a bit of that was the infection, but still a tad bit discouraged bc I check daily.

80% of lifts got a rep or weight increase after the week off though, so at least something is moving in the right direction.

Ham/back tomorrow. Felt a little weak today. I had the drive and strength, but the burn was just so intense on all the movements my body just stopped moving at a certain point. Had to do a minor rest pause on a lot of my sets.

275lbs this morning. 283-4 on avg since I started. Monday was 282.x, Tuesday was 275.0, today was 275.6. No idea what happened but I’ll take it. I see progress in the mirror so I haven’t been too worried.

Ham&back tomorrow

Felt weak af today. Delt burn issue got way worse randomly. I woke up, thought about my day, then my delts filled with blood and fluid as if I just did an hours worth of lateral raises.

Taurine, more electrolytes than I already use, massage—nothing has worked. It’s fine, I do like it to a certain degree. But there are days like today where it stops me from hitting the lifts I want in the way I want.

how are you judging your macros for the day?
I weigh it all. Then pop it into chronometer.

If you’re asking how I landed on my 2300cal, etc etc I just want 50g or less fat, 150-180 complete protein, and the rest can be carbs.

Started at 2k cal but that was too low, so I bumped it to 2300.
