30 minute walk for fasted cardio this morning.

Shoulders tomorrow. Think I pulled my lat during extracurriculars and kept exacerbating in by doing too much pulling instead of pushing during said extracurriculars. It’s getting better, only left side, right on the outer edge of the muscle from the arm pit all the way down my back.

Guess I’m officially getting old.

Not a crazy number for the high dose of testosterone I was on. I hadn’t taken any AI for over 2 weeks when I tested.

I knew I was a low aromatizer on trt doses but didn’t realize it was that manageable. Nice!

Did outside cardio for fasted cardio, but wasn’t wearing my watch. Was way more intense than usual, if I had to estimate it’d be 120-140bpm for just shy of 30 minutes.

Arms tomorrow. Instead of switching fasted cardio on bike to a run, I think I’m just going to add the run to the nightly routine like I used to.

Back to 250 test (100c, 150p). Considering carb cycling. After 14 months of a deficit I’m worried my metabolism is a bit wonky. Looking for ways to get it back to an amenable place.

Chest/tri tomorrow

Squats are done full depth and without stopping, Platz style. If I absolutely must catch my breath, i do it at the bottom of the squat. However, this set of 10 for 240 hurt my back a bit. Might’ve tweaked in in bed last night, and the lift was way later in the day than normal with not enough pre carbs. Not sure what went wrong but it feels like dull pain in the very middle.

Squats. Lmk if anything stands out as to why my back might have tweaked. Got a progression system built into my quad day for squats; 30, 20, 10 reps. Once I get all reps within 3 sets, move up 5lbs.

Haven’t hit a progression wall yet, but I might remove the increase from the 10 rep session since that might end up being killer on the next quad day (4, 4, 2 reps on 10 rep day would make for an 8 set heavy squat day on the following 30 rep squat day)

This has been a really weird weight loss phase. It’s not the fastest I’ve shed visible weight, but it’s up there. Maybe in the top 3, but with very minimal scale movement. Weird.
