No weight change at all but all my clothes are eating me and I’m visibly more lean. 279lbs this morning.How is the body composition?

a clip would be better...Squats. Lmk if anything stands out as to why my back might have tweaked. Got a progression system built into my quad day for squats; 30, 20, 10 reps. Once I get all reps within 3 sets, move up 5lbs.
Haven’t hit a progression wall yet, but I might remove the increase from the 10 rep session since that might end up being killer on the next quad day (4, 4, 2 reps on 10 rep day would make for an 8 set heavy squat day on the following 30 rep squat day)
