Hey all, been reading up a ton on AAS and starting, but wanted to get some advice first before anything. I’ve been training naturally for about 7 years total, the last three being the most serious, HOWEVER, I’m currently in my first real growth phase. I went from 320lbs at 19 years old to 166 at my lowest at 25 years old, and I’m currently 26 at 174lbs. I’ve been slowly gaining weight the last year or so while gaining minimal fat (I hope, my waist size is identical to what it was before at 166) and have gained a crazy amount of strength so far
Long story short though I got my blood work done at the end of my weight loss, and my test was fucking 205ng/dl with free test at 36.0, which I thought was due to the weight loss so I waited six months while eating in a slight surplus and just got my labs checked again, test increased to 330 ng/dl and free test 36.8. During those six months I started optimizing literally every aspect of my life including locking in sleep, multivitamins, supps etc. my training and diet have always been a strong point tbh I’ve been extremely consistent with those. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research into TRT and starting test, but I guess my question to yall would be should I keep gaining naturally a bit more before I hop on? Im 174lbs at 5’11” and about 12% body fat currently, but I’ve only been eating in a surplus for the first time ever (besides being a childhood fatass) for the last six months
