When it’s time for first cycle?

Hey all, been reading up a ton on AAS and starting, but wanted to get some advice first before anything. I’ve been training naturally for about 7 years total, the last three being the most serious, HOWEVER, I’m currently in my first real growth phase. I went from 320lbs at 19 years old to 166 at my lowest at 25 years old, and I’m currently 26 at 174lbs. I’ve been slowly gaining weight the last year or so while gaining minimal fat (I hope, my waist size is identical to what it was before at 166) and have gained a crazy amount of strength so far

Long story short though I got my blood work done at the end of my weight loss, and my test was fucking 205ng/dl with free test at 36.0, which I thought was due to the weight loss so I waited six months while eating in a slight surplus and just got my labs checked again, test increased to 330 ng/dl and free test 36.8. During those six months I started optimizing literally every aspect of my life including locking in sleep, multivitamins, supps etc. my training and diet have always been a strong point tbh I’ve been extremely consistent with those. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research into TRT and starting test, but I guess my question to yall would be should I keep gaining naturally a bit more before I hop on? Im 174lbs at 5’11” and about 12% body fat currently, but I’ve only been eating in a surplus for the first time ever (besides being a childhood fatass) for the last six months
 
With that low Test level I would first hop on TRT getting levels up and stay on that for as long as you are making gains which you will be with the added test. When that stalls, THEN you think of starting a cycle. If you go from such a low T level to supra physiological levels you are missing a period in which you can make great gains with levels between 600-900ish.

Just My Opinion. Oh and don't listen to Chase Irons. lol
 
Hop on TRT and get to feeling better.
1st cycles are normally Test only.
300-400mg of Test Cyp is what I would do.

Obviously your doing bloodwork, which is the most important
thing to do. You can learn SOOOOOO much just from bloods,
How the gear is working/ any sides/ ETC.

Say you get 5-6 weeks into a small test cycle. Get bloods pulled again to
see if any markers are being skewed.

Thanks for the advice! And why not chase irons lol, I remember watching his videos when I was contemplating hopping on reta during my weight loss

So 20 IU’s of HGH a day, 20 mg of Reta, and 5000mg of test a week isn’t a good cycle then?

Yeah that’s stupid. But like him or not, his first cycle advice is spot on. Too many people on here are jumping on loads of PEDs their first time on.

That's not his first cycle recommendation though and he did it as experiment to see how his body would handle the upper limits. He slowly worked his way up also pushing it. He's not telling everyone to go do it though.

I know. He actually posted a video recently saying he’s done with steroids.
