They care a lot less about what is best for people here, than they do about protecting the people paying to be here. That has been proven several times in my short time here. I didn't read your original post and don't care to, but the sponsors are more important here than the truth and they are VERY protective of them
I'm sorry sir, but this just isnt accurate. There have been numerous sponsors run off of this board because of their products and the way they conduct business. No one is "protective of them."
However, what they are protective of is grown men conducting business in the ways of grown men. They are anti-karen and they expect men to behave as men. They understand that problems and issues are inevitable, but they expect you to follow a process. If you have an issue with a sponsor, that you will contact them, contact a rep, and allow that sponsor the opportunity to rectify the situation first before posting comments about them being "trash."
The reason being is that 98.74% of all issues related to sponsors that I have seen, end up being the fault of the member. Bad address, incorrect ordering process, etc. There were so many posts being created taking shots at sponsors when in reality, it wasnt their fault.
The only thing being protected here is the integrity of the board. There are hundreds of feedback reviews tat literally say the words, "had a slight hiccup with my order but they helped me get it resolved quickly. That's not protection, that's honest feedback. That's grown man shit.
There's a safe and simple process here, when issues arise, that many lack the intellectual capacity and maturity to understand.
When issues arise, and as long as humans are involved, they will always be issues:
1. Take your issue directly to the sponsor
2. Contact the Rep
3. If that doesnt work, contact a Mod/Administrator
4. If that doesn't work, communicate with a mod about making the post
5. Make the post
It rarely escalates to #4. The problem is, most people think #4 is actually #1 and as such, they have the false belief that sponsors are being "protected." In reality, the only protection is the integrity of the feedback and the quality of who you are doing business with. There is no other place in this gray market business where you will get direct access to sources and have your issues handled like you will here. Period.
The sponsors only want the opportunity to resolve their problems themselves first. If you had a business, you'd feel the same. So the "truth" is important here, but its rarely given by nervous rookie new-member Karen's that didnt get their tracking number 7.21minutes after placing their orders, and that's what is being protected here.
