In competition mode yes.I've been reading where guys suggest to always run Test lower than Tren....have u ever heard this?

heavy and at 1 point the stars got brighter and brighter....until I
rang the Barf-O-Meter
I gotta stop that... My intra drink is $$$$$$$
My client/leg day partner got 695x20....
Fuck him the lil Twink.
He still rang the Puke-O-Meter and I was hoping he would fall down while
heaving and sprain his ankle so I can catch up!!!Not really.

I think I'm going to start working this style of set into my workouts. I want to say sets really bad lol
You just do as many as you can, rack the weight, do as many as you can, rack the weight, and continue this process until you get the full 20 reps, right?
