BP is good, nothing noticeable in the mirror... Just some weird pain
that Ive never had before. Like I'm swollen on the inside!
Everything feels like it wants to "pull apart" especially the delt's.
I'm gonna call Stefan a bit later and see if its something I should
worry about or if its just common.

He also told me to start backing off the heavy weights because the Myostatin grows tissue faster than tendons and ligaments.

@Bolan - Do you use feeder sets before or after your heavy compound movement?

Funny thing is, I've been doing feeder sets before my heavy compound movement for years, not knowing they're called feeder sets
I just thought they were simply warm up sets.
I usually just do one feeder set; however, it I'm going particularly heavy, I will do 2-3 of them with very light weight, not coming anywhere close to failure as to not fatigue the muscles at all.

I do them before my working set that is much heavier than the "feeder sets" which is exactly kind of like warm up sets but more to pump the muscle
before crushing it with the working set. (y)
