I don’t usually like the Dymatize brand, but this was tasty and not bad if you’re in a pinch and short on time.

Over cooked grilled chicken breast, peas and nuked mini potatoes. I forgot the chicken was on the grill lol shit is dry as balls and tough now. My girl went out for Chinese and I declined going. This is what happens when I’m left alone lol

Been eatin this ham all week. Shits slammin. Today I put 7 ounces of it on a sesame seed bagel toasted with cabbage ontop. Thing is slapppppin

For those cutting or need a low day meal that has stupid amounts of volume with very little calories. Keeps you full for a few hours.

Overnight oats

45g oats
675ml water
1 Scoop of Protein (I roll with Ryse)
1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
4g Psyllium husk (secret to the volume)
5g Stevia

Macros

P: 29g
C: 54g
F: 6g

Combine Oats and Water - Microwave for 5-6 min in HUGE bowl. Add in Psyllium Husk and put back in Microwave for 2 min. Stir in Protein Powder and Stevia. Refrigerate. Add frozen blueberries in morning.

This one’s a little fucked up. lol but I’ll literally eat anything to get the macros in if it’s available. The chicken was left over from last night and the stirfry sauce from a couple days ago 😂 such a weird taste man

4oz veggies
