Back Day Workout

Calisthenics-focused back day





Pull-ups (12 total sets, all to failure 10–15 reps)


• Chin-ups: 3 sets
• Wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets
• Side wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets
• Pull-ups with 3-second hold at the top and slow negative: 3 sets
• Trap pull-ups: 3 sets

Rows

• T-bar rows: 4 sets with four 40 lb plates for 10, 12, 10, 10 reps


Trap Work

• Smith machine trap raises: 4 sets with 315


Biceps Finisher

• Spider curls: 4 sets of 10 each arm with 30 lb dumbbells, slow and controlled


• EZ-bar curls: 4 sets of 12 with a 70 lb bar

What’s up bro !
I actually don’t do any formal cardio right now. Since it’s hunting season, I’m already hiking a ton every day just from being out with the dogs. On the low end I’m getting 7 to 10 miles, and most days it’s closer to 10. Even on days I’m not out there as much, I’m still hitting around 15,000 steps. And 3 to 4 days a week I’m covering a lot more because I’m running the dogs.



When I started this cut I was doing cardio, but it drained me too much on top of the walking and lifting, so I cut it out. My weight loss has been steady without it, so I don’t feel the need to add cardio back in yet. I’ll probably add it once I hit a plateau since the last few pounds can be stubborn.





Woke up at 203.6 this morning which is a new low for me. My goal is around 195 to 190 so I’m getting pretty close.
 
Today I’ll post physique update. Today is my off day, and my week starts back Sunday.

Only peptide I'm running is BPC 157, no fat burners or anything else right now. Might throw some clen in, not sure yet.

Pull day done and over with. Got a new non stim pre workout and the pumps are pretty wicked from it. Haven’t needed caffeine in a while now. Body just feels great and energy levels are amazing. Plan updates as of yesterday is we lowered food some and raised cardio a little bit to make a final last push before we reverse out and turn into a freak 🤘🏻

For real? Sounds like I need some clen lol . I’m add it to the cycle with Anavar .
100%. Ive used it several times during a cut cycle. First time you will get jitters, hands shaking at even 40mcg. Some take it as much as 120mcg which I think its insane. I never exceeded 60mcg and I've used it many many times. Now take it two weeks on and two weeks off. Good luck.

Not much to say everything right on track and where it’s supposed to be while strength is still increasing. Couldn’t be happier with progress. Doing my 35 mins of cardio and then going to go home and have me a pint of ice cream and relax the rest of the day. May take to the kiddo on a walk or to the park.

Leg day today. Really hit it hard, still can barely walk right now. Did all the classics; squats, leg press, hack squats, RDLs, leg extensions and curls. Gym got a new Arsenal pendulum squat machine, that thing will humble you quick! 45 lbs damn near killed me. Push day tomorrow, ready to get this week started. Good luck to all the contestants!!

Today was the start of my week, pretty much the start of my lifting week. I feel flatter than usual. My calories aren’t super low, but I was cutting for two months before this, so I think at the end of the cut I’m just getting a little tired. I’m not losing too much strength, which is good, and last time I cut I wasn’t as strong as I am now at this weight, but I can tell I’m losing a little drive in the gym. Maybe that was just today. The UFC fights were last night so maybe that threw me off a little. I’m hoping it picks back up during the week and I start getting some good pumps again because I don’t feel as vascular or pumped right now.

After 1 week- ive stayed the same weight. Doing 4 day split- cardio after workout 2x weekly- abs after every workout- 160 grams of protien daily... I do concrete work so even my off days are workout days in a way but it will help the challenge..just wear an extra layer to sweat
