Nice work, how old are you? I'm looking to add NPP on my growth phase for a comp next year after this final cut. But damn if I want to deal with any sides during that time.

Thanks man and 35. Thankfully NPP treats me well I’m definitely a fan . Deca on the other hand that’s a whole other ball game haha. Everything else is pretty good with sides even tren I just sweat like a whore in church and only Little bit of messed up sleep.
 
Update for me today


Honestly I’m feeling really good right now. I work out a lot so I hit legs again today since I won’t have time Saturday and tomorrow I’m supposed to hit back with my boy. Strength isn’t dropping at all, pumps in the gym are crazy, and I’m staying pretty vascular.





Woke up at 203.8 this morning so the weight is still coming down fast. Hunger hasn’t been bad because of the RETA. Everything’s going smooth. Although Reta is making me drop faster than I want.





Sissy squars 225 for 10 to 12 reps with the last set hitting 8. After that I went to leg extensions and leg curls, four sets of 25 each, all slow and controlled. I finished by killing my core with crunches, leg lifts, and ab wheel, four rounds each for one minute per exercise. Threw in some standing weighted calf raises with 315, doing 10 reps with my feet turned in, 10 straight, and 10 turned out.





Diet’s been super basic. Mornings are oatmeal. Pretty much all three meals are white rice with ground turkey or chicken thighs with green beans or broccoli. At night I always finish with a protein shake and dates with powder peanut butter to make sure I’m getting all my protein in.
 
Also reta at 4mg has been amazing for me (my fifth week). It has been a game changer.

Wow. One of the members on board here using YMS reta at only 1mg a week lost around 15 pounds. Remarkable how dosage varies from person to person. Any side effects at 4mg?

I really want to add compound for the last few weeks of this cut. I really wanted mast -e or primo . But we all know due to the current situation that’s near impossible.

I was wondering what other compounds yall have tried that would work instead ? I was thinking tren , but idk .

Best leg day for me is Monday. Everybody and their mother is doing chest on that day LOL. Its like the universal chest day.

I personally wouldn’t run tren. Just for the contest at least but that’s up to you. In my opinion in the end you could probably throw in some clen or t3. Maybe even a winny depending on where your body comp is at

Antibiotics finally kicked in and the sinus infection is pretty much gone.Wild that it’s been 129 days already since starting the cut, with another 50 or so days to go. I’m oddly feeling more energized almost like that ketosis buzz but yeah, the downside (and why PLers don’t cut like this lol) is I’m definitely feeling weaker. I’ve already mentally accepted that so F it lets finish this out as it will pay out on the rebuild.

Nice and brutal just how I like it. Tonight’s pump was pretty insane and a little painful. Really connecting well on legs hope to transition this into growth when we reverse and up the food. If I can keep my knees good and intensity the way it is they are going to turn into tree trunks so let’s hope we stay healthy

OK I have used Tren numerous times on my contest preps. test/mast/tren is a outstanding cycle. I have tried very low tren and test for a mini cut during summer and still works great. If you are going to use it I would not exceed 200mg per week or even 150. You will be very surprised how impressive this drug is.
With that said let me tell you some of the sides and the ones I get all the time.

Insomnia, HBP, nigh sweats, aggressiveness, Irritable, hair loss, unable to finish during sex (need caber).
The ones I always get was tren cough, hiccups that would last a week.

Not sure what kind of tren you can get your hands on but if its your first time use Tren A so it will be in and out of your system quickly if you find out you can't handle it.


Bottom line I say don't do it because its so harsh and than again nothing compares to it. One last suggestion you can always add some winstrol.

Shoulder day today. A.M. weight was 221.4. Just doing a TRT cycle right now, 200 mg a week. Amping up the cardio to 5x a week on Monday. Looking forward to everyone's success.

Awesome brother. Are you taking anything else like peptides or fat burners or just straight up TRT.

Working out before work is definitely my stress relief even when it’s a light workout. Gets my day started with a win. Definitely resting all weekend.
