I’m currently cutting in preparation for my first cycle/bulk.
Last month I started Reta and it got my past several roadblocks. And I was able to drop down to 147 from 162.
I stopped taking Reta this week, due to extreme fatigue. It was hard to get my carbs in do to appetite suppression/slow gastric emptying.
Going to start again this week at a slightly lower dose. 2mg instead of 3mg.
Tomorrow morning, I’m introducing Anavar into the mix, not much for aesthetics.. since I’m still not lean enough to see any meaningful difference. But, more as a pre workout. 25mg administered as a fine powder sublingually 60 minutes prior to my workout at 5am.
This should help me keep my energy/strength up while on a large deficit. Especially helping me with morning grogginess.
If I react well I will continue, if I can’t handle the shit I will split it. And if I still can’t handle it for whatever reason I will call it quits.
Before, I run Anavar. I got a blood test today. This is what I checked for amongst other things.

Citrus bergamot
Berberine
NAC
TUDCA
Niacin
I will be taking these along side the dozen other supplements I take for general health that happen to also be good for running any cycle or no cycle.
