Well, I have tried shipping meat across country before. It didn't go well. LOL BUT, you never know, I make some pretty incredible smoked deer jerkey. It ships well. But I promised coach first dibs on the new batches once I harvest a few deer. 😁
I’ll gladly pay for some deer jerky if u ever have any to sell . I’m not looking for a hand out. I just need u to do all the work and I’ll pay for the meat 😂

Well training has come to a standstill. I got injured at work today. I fell into an 11 foot deep trench trying to unhook a trench box from the machine. Landed in my head and shoulder. The hospital did CT scans and xray and nothing broke. No fucking clue how considering I literally landed on my head and shoulder. BUT they said the ligament that connects my shoulder to my clavical separated. So I gatta go see a specialist to check the severity and what I need to do. Hopefully no surgery but Wel see. I’m in a ton of pain and thinking worst case but hopefully I’m wrong

Prayers for your cousin. That sucks you fell. That shit hurts. Gonna hurt for like three more days too. Good thing about construction guys as we just bounce up.

Me too. I almost cried yesterday because I knew I wouldn’t be able to train or work for a while lol I was fighting back tears. Pain is easy to deal with… it’s not being able to do the things I love tha really makes me sad.

The weights and all that will still be there when you're healed and ready. I'm putting a hold on your time, so you don't lose any of it while down. This is just a minor roadblock. We stay lean while healing, comeback with a vengeance. Positivity all the way.

I totally get that. When I tore my rotator cuff and broke my foot. I was so depressed. I literally find myself thinking about shit I shouldn’t do so I won't get injured. It just plain sucks. I feel for you, bro.

I’m ganna blow through every show on Netflix before Christmas sitting at home 😂 this happened to me a couple years ago when I fucked my back up. I was down 6 months . Most boring time of my life. But I was still training. So I had that going .

Hey brother don't take it the wrong way. But for sure you didn't die, and you can definitely continue doing some sort of training, even if it's just cardio, to keep you occupied.
And yes, you will go through TV programs way too quickly. I feel you on that between the bicep and the hernia and the carpal tunnel!
I went through resident alien, Bosch, elementary, and I can't even remember how many others!

I definitley can’t train right now lol my arm isn’t mobile. I can’t swing it or move it. Way too much pain. Maybe in a few weeks or something but for now I’m layed up

We'll put something together cardio wise with some lower body work. Just need to see what happens over the next few days and Dr's limitations.

Nothing was said yet about any thpe of treatment for it , he ordered an mri so he can check for rotator cuff damage and Wel asses the damage after and come up with a plan… however. Work comp is fighting me on the mri. But I scheduled one anyway and I’ll be paying out of pocket for it and getting a lawyer if they tell me it’s not approved. So either way the ball is rolling forward. I refuse to let these scum bags dictate how my life will pan out. MRI is on the 24th and I go back to see him a few days after. I’ll keep updates on here for the ones following. Me and coach are in contact and being proactive with what I’m dealing with.

That was the earliest I can get in. The work comp insurance hasn’t even approved it yet.
Get a Comp Lawyer, they cost you nothing and they will put these fuckers in check. He or she may also be able to file a civil suit on your behalf if it is deemed that the work area was unsafe or lacked any of the safety precautions required by law.

I’m really trying to avoid this . I really love my company and it’s not there fault there insurance company is the way it is. I’m seriously trying every other avenue before I get the lawyer.
 
Went into the gym and did what I could for legs today. Can’t do much of anything other than leg extensions and leg curls. I can’t hold any dumbbells and I can’t put any pressure on my shoulder or back so leg presses and squats are out the window. I’ll try and train like this as much as possible but once work comp starts following me around I’ll have to learn there schedule before I jump back into the gym. I know when there watching me immediatley lol I’m pretty aware of my surroundings, this is one benefit of running the streets my whole life. So I have the upper hand on them just gatta watch that’s all
