Hello everyone.

I've been exploring alternatives to traditional pre-workout supplements and came across mushroom coffee, specifically varieties containing Cordyceps and Reishi mushrooms. Cordyceps is said to enhance ATP production, potentially boosting endurance and stamina during workouts.

Reishi, on the other hand, may help reduce inflammation and support muscle recovery post-exercise.

Given these properties, I'm curious if anyone here has incorporated mushroom coffee into their fitness regimen. Did you notice any improvements in energy levels, focus, or recovery times? Also, how does it compare to traditional pre-workout supplements in terms of effectiveness and side effects?

So I actually dose daily with lion's mane, reishi, red belted conklin and turkey tail. I buy them in a liquid form so that I can add the drops to any drink I choose. I've tried the four sigmatic lineup of powder packs as well. I wouldn't say you would notice a huge result in the gym from the mushroom coffee or even the extracts compared to a preworkout or gear. I take them mostly for the health benefits they provide. Lion's mane for cognitive sharpening/neural regeneration. Reishi, red belted conklin and turkey tail for immune and overall health support. No side effects from them at all. If you have any local mushroom farmer's near you get in touch and see what all products they offer.
