USP, unlike other events, has refunded immediately and taken responsibility. He deserves at least a chance for patience and privacy.

We are buying UGL, 50/50 chances of mess up. Happened to me with a vendor here, they fixed it, dealt with it in PM, moved on.

Not insinuating anything else.

I sort of have to agree with omaplate here in a sense. The vendor has acknowledged the mistake and been proactive in refund. I’m sure they are willing to discuss in private and you guys can divulge to the board but everyone of these threads turns into a shit show. Not that it’s not warranted but than mods have to come clean up the thread etc. that mentality I want an open board answer now sounds childish price message get your answer and then share it with the board or move on

If you’re UGL is messing up half the time you need to find a better UGL imo. Shouldn’t be 50/50

I get that and the sponsor literally said he won’t discuss it in the open so why don’t you try and get your answer through a Pm instead of dragging on this thread and it getting derailed and taking away from mods time etc. not saying don’t get your answer but it was clearly stated they weren’t bringing it up here

This business is risky. It’s a part of the game. Trust and patience are what I’ve seen are required to purchase UGL.

You guys being soft on sources is why we’re in the this situation. Dutch has been fucking people for who knows how long and everyone’s cool with a few refunds and some sorries.

Buying UGL gear shouldn’t be 50/50, ever. Start airing out sources with bad testing, floaters, and whatever other issues arise and I guarantee we’ll see an uptick in quality sources that send what they advertise.

Yes this business is risky, but this isn’t the 1990’s where you get what you get and there is no accountability. There’s so many options now a days, look at all the sponsors on this forum, that implying mistakes are made is simply ignorant.

If a source can’t openly talk about why a compound was completely different then what was advertised, then they don’t deserve business. Sure, giving refunds is taking some accountability but that doesn’t instill confidence that it won’t happen again

I don’t think anyone’s saying be soft on em. If a sponsor won’t indicate what happened it’s a sponsor I wouldn’t buy from but coming in here demanding an answer that was already told wouldn’t be given seems like an asinine thing to do in my opinion and a waste of time. What are you hoping for an answer that he’ll only tell you in private that’ll change your mind and want to buy from them again? Let’s use common sense here. They fucked up along with other sponsors has it happened before absolutely will it happen again absolutely do I think it’s malicious all the time no but Jesus Christ is that answer that you “want” really gunna make you buy from that sponsor again and change your mind. That’s being soft on a sponsor. Not pushing an issue that someone already clearly stated they wouldn’t discuss in from of the board is just common sense either chalk it up as a loss or the sponsor has something to hide.

No we’re saying your the one whose asking for something that’s been stated won’t be given for what reason. If it’s such a fuck up what they did don’t use them as a sponsor. What is their “answer” truly going to do for you and do you actually expect a real truthful answer. You sound insane

it was human error what more needs to be said. that someone put the wrong sticker on the vial? well that was already said.

I had no idea there was such loyalty to brands here or such a massive amount of honor held in the sources in general.
 
@KellogCrush have you read this entire thread? the issue was discussed just not by the owner who's on vacation and has bad internet service. if you did not catch the reason I'd suggest rereading this thread.
 
The amount of older, dormant alts that have become active lately is ridiculous. Or, are we supposed to believe these guys are legitimate members who were always here and for some reason, decided to start "contributing"?

I don’t even want answers from this specific source but you guys sucking him off and saying “it is what it is” is why we’re seeing this shit.

The bare minimum a source can do is test raws then finished oils for EVERY batch they make. Obviously the first isn’t happening which is why we’re here now
