The original product ordered was five 10mL of testosterone enanthate from Geneza Pharmaceutical. The package arrived and upon inspection I noticed the liquid inside one vial was clear and moved around like water. The other 4 vials had a orange/ yellow hue and had the viscosity of oil.

I assumed the yellow / orange vials were correct and inquired to Napsgear customer service regarding the clear vial. I questioned whether it was under or overdosed and if it was the correct product?

During this time also decided to draw out the contents from the vials as they all seemed short. My assumption was correct. Each one was short anywhere from 1.5ml to 1.7ml.

I sent pictures of the vials, packaging shipping labels and anything else they asked for.

Under the assumption the 4 orange/yellow hue items were correct I started my cycle. A simple 500mg weekly. Whenever I go on cycle of testoerone wether it be be prop, ethanate or undecate I’ve always noticed within the first two weeks a difference in my overall well being. A little more “pep” in my step and a increase in my morning erections. It’s now week 4 and I’ve noticed none of those as I did in previous cycles. I’ve strictly used GP products in the past. I can not scientifically prove at this point it’s underdosed so that’s a opinion at this point in time.

After dealing with Napsgears customer service for four weeks and submitting photo evidence of factual information supporting my case it was at a standstill.

the board rep here Jason got involved and was able to get me some answers in two days. Napsgear was going to send replacement items from a different manufacturer.

I don’t know who the replacement products are from nor when they will Arrive. At first it seemed as if they were being shipped domestically but it seems like that may not be the case judging from the shipping updates.

As previously said my disappointment was grounded in factual information which I provided evidence to support and confirm my grievances.

I do take the fall for assuming that the issue would have been handled differently. The Terms regarding how to fix the situation were never laid out. However, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for one to think considering the problems I had were based on facts and not opinion it would’ve been handled differently.

•Wrong product / incorrectly dosed product?
(They could have confirmed if the maker switched carrier oils during production resulting in different hues and viscousity)

•Product was short. ( no excuse for that)

I don’t know from who or when the replacement item or items will arrive. A simple replacement of the items isn’t them making things right. It’s them fulfilling the agreement we had. “ I send xxx amount of dollars and you provided xxx amount of agreed upon item. “

I’m truly curious to the contents of the new package and when it will arrive. I’ll reiterate that my largest issue are that my grievances are factual based and not opinion based. However I did incorrectly assume how the issue would be handled since there was never an agreement regarding that.

I’ll provide further updates once I can.

Damn I had a situation where there is a small black thing floating inside of my testosterone enanthate bottle, I’m just wondering when I’m gonna get a response from them on if they’re gonna re-ship me another bottle cause as of now I’m stuck with a bottle of what looks to be contaminated product, but I’m pretty sure they’re gonna respond to me. It’s been about 2 to 3 days and I haven’t gotten a response back. I just hope it doesn’t take a long time to even get a response on if it’s gonna get re-shipped, I just went ahead and ordered 3 new bottles from napsgear but a different brand on there website, I ordered from euro pharmacies seems to be a pretty reputable brand, I just ordered three because I don’t wanna end up waiting forever for a response cause at the end of the day I need to take the testosterone as soon as possible cause I dose once a week , I will post a review on the sustanon 250 from euro pharmacies and also testosterone enanthate from euro pharmacies. Hopefully euro pharmacies is good stuff I’ve heard a lot of good reviews from euro pharmacies, hope you end up getting a replacement that’s good usually napsgear is good about that from what I’ve heard

Update and recap : after initially submitting the ticket on march 5th the replacement items arrived- 38 days later. the complaint was factual based and not opinion based. Wrong items/incorrectly labeled items and product not being true to purchased volume. I did error during the process in assuming how it would be handled. That is my fault for not asking those questions. On the same accord considering the validity of the issues I believe most individuals would agree they process wasn’t ideal.

Pros:
• the contents look the same regarding the color and viscosity.
• included were four pills. I’m guessing for ED.
• the rep @jasonhill800 was quick to respond to any direct messages.


cons:
• was promised a different brand- received the same brand
• None of them contain 10mL- each one is noticeable short, again.
• stickers are on straight this time. LOL
• The website boasts “laboratory tested” All of the reports are from 2019 or earlier. was this done to “mislead” people purposely or an honest mistake. The website was just updated however I don’t believe that they haven’t had lab results on this product for the past 6 years. It’s ironic the item of the week is one that I experienced issues with being underdosed ( my opinion) and short regarding the volume. Now it boasts lab reports and was the featured sale item.

To many questionable items, things that seem goofy or uncertianies for me to continue business with Napsgear. I blame both Napsgear and geneza pharmaceuticals.

I haven’t drawn the contents out but my guess is they’re 2ml short each one. So 5 x 2ml is 10mL. Somebody somewhere is purposely shorting these items and putting there hands into our pockets.

With that said…I paid for 5, received 4. I’m still owed 1.

Considering all the above im going to send out both the old and new items to be tested by a US domestic lab. I have a valid prescription for testosterone so im not worried about the legality of possessing a controlled substance. I can follow the required procedures and regulations without having to worry.

Definitely post the results of the lab test because I’m qurious if the lab test on naps are legit , I have 3 bottle from euro pharmacies and I wanted to get my stuff tested also how do I go about that ?

You should only purchase pharma grade from an HRT clinic or as prescribed by your doctor Mr. 16 post.

Either your not gonna get it, your gonna get something totally random in its place, or what you do get is gonna be fake. If you’re ok with 7 out of 10 then have at it.

Brother my experience was a long long time ago. He got me on my second order for around 1K and that was enough for me. Lesson learned. Like I said he supposedly cleaned his act up but for me once a scammer always a scammer.

And btw there’s a .org website and then there’s a fake website the .org is the legit one maybe u ordered off the fake website

My first five or six orders over a 7 year span….no problems. None. But then…this nonsense. I’d rather more slightly more each time but know that if there is a problem it will be handled the correctly.
