Has Napsgear has gone downhill?

As someone who has been a loyal customer for over 7 years, I have always valued the top-notch service and reliability that Napsgear has provided. Any issues that arose in the past were handled promptly and professionally, which is why I continued to trust their products and services.

my recent experience has been quite the opposite. Upon receivimg an order, I noticed a potential safety issue concerning the product as well as doubts about whether the product contents matched the label. I submitted a ticket along with detailed photos outlining my concerns three weeks ago.

Despite my repeated inquiries, I have been receiving the same generic response from them stating that “the matter has been escalated to upper management.”

consuming an incorrectly labeled or dosed product could have serious consequences The lack of transparency and absence of a timeline with answers are troubling.

is this the right product for the label? If so, how about the dosage?

Has Napsgear always been like this and I was lucky enough to never have any issues previously?
 
In 7 years a lot has changed in the terms of customer service and expectations. Hopefully a rep reads these and suggests changes.
 
Haven't used them in 2 years but I saw they had a lot of issues the first half of 2024. Due to that and high prices I have stayed away.

Yeah I've had the same thing from two sponsors. Naps was one. I've also had vials from naps that were over filled. What lab name did you buy?

It sucks buddy but at least you received the items. You are doing the right thing by sharing your experience to help others make good decisions. Chalk it up as a fuck up and move on with trying another sponsor. Just continue sharing your experience of the products, not just the purchase experience. I always see a ton of TDs but not as many post cycle experiences.

I just used SB for the first time and their vials seemed to over filled a little! Thank you SB!!
 
With the one unknown vial and the other 4 being short my cycle is a standstill
Sadly. However I will make it a point to log the cycle and post cycle experience. In the mean at least I can refresh my memory and learn something new from other topics and threads.
 
I used them in a pinch on and off over the years. They have a Q&A section where you can earn naps credits so it turns out to be pretty inexpensive. One time I had a failed shipment. It took a while but in the end I received a replacement and the original shipment. I was happy in the end. Both had Primo and it was their top brand. They don't carry that brand anymore but it was really good. I think Naps takes some heat because they are not as fast as a lot of places but in the end they always derived, at least for me and I am talking probably a dozen times over as many years or more. I haven't used them in a while. They've been around forever. They are more of a digital warehouse then a direct supplier though.

It was great. It was black and thick like burnt tar. Well Naps advice was its just oxidized it's fine instead of replacing it.
They also took me for around $1000 years ago.
Then there was the time on meso naps and Richard threatened to dox members for calling them out and even threatened to send a member a hot pack and report them to authorities

I get they’re the middle man but at some point they need to act like they care. That was probably my biggest complaint. That and the fact the it was possibly a wrongly labeled item. I’d like to know what going on me. Lol

If you need a safe space to cry in until this shit gets straightened out I think you are going to collapse into a pile of pudding the second some real challenge comes before you in life. No, I don't want to hear how you have suffered from this or that in your life. That you are bitching and crying like this is the end of your universe tells me enough.

To be fair, if multiple people have had issues don’t other members have a right to know? I understand not wanting to bash a source but at the same time if the comments are true others have a right to know.

I think he meant that we can post experiences and share with the community without dragging a sponsor through the mud. I also think he didn't want this thread to go way off the track from the purpose it was started. Just my 2 cents. Ok fellas I'm off the soap box lol.
