Maybe time to take a break? When things start feeling off I take a deload for a week, and usually a 3-4 month cadence.

A good way to recharge and recover. For me I feel good when I return to the gym after 1 week off.

Lower backs healing up nice from the herniated discs. I had injections a couple weeks ago it took the inflammation down probably 70%. Just got stupid little things aching now every where else lol
 
My girl thinks I have a cracked rib. That chest pain and back pain I been having seems to be in the same general are height wise from front to back. Really hard to breath, hurts like a mother fucker if I laugh, and can’t pick my arms up without it hurting my chest. Could barely shower this morning my girl had to dry me off lol what an embarrassment that was. Can’t get a shirt over my head. Shits gay as hell

Waiting for my insurance application to be improved. I don’t wanna go to urgent care and then charge me to just tell me to rest it.

Resting it makes sense and if it doesn't improve then fingers crossed your insurance app gets approved and then you can go to urgent care.
