Scheduled a tat appointment today to get part of my head done. Hair is thinning out in the center pretty good , so I plan on being fully tatted on the head before it all goes

Had a convo with other Vision the other day and he lit a fire under my ass to get shit fixed. I’m working on the health insurance side of things trying to see if I can get on state insurance but pay into it since I make to much.

Then I lost them and they came back in off a different road. I lost them again so continued my way to the gym and noticed them sitting out front 😂 then they moved to a McDonald’s across the parking lot so I took advantage of that and left. They pulled out behind me. Now I know there following me I’m ganna play games lol fuck these people.

Hit back today but it was short lived after I noticed them sitting out there.

Id eliminate the kind fitness bars with a calorie packed protein shake brother . Those bars are definitely more of a snack. Also you need some high quality aminos that your taking regularly. During the workout and after. Good luck brother 💪💪
