NOW I understand why you worry about your BP!!!Me too![]()
Yes sir. Always.NOW I understand why you worry about your BP!!!

Since all this started to the present, have you had any hand or feet numbness? Weakness/Fatigue/lethargic? Diarrhea?Greetings forum members, I'm posting because I ran into some problems with deca durabolin that have yet to be resolved and I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this and found a solution...last year (may-june) I tried a 200 mg cycle of Deca. I took two shots a week on top of test (Enan). Things started off ok but within a few weeks, I started to have problems. I developed really bad hand trembling, lots of digestive issues, and difficulty breathing. I came off the deca and the hand trembling went away, but the digestive issues only slightly improved. I still can't eat carbs like rice or potatoes without really bad indigestion and I get winded very easily when working out. Prior to deca I would lift six days a week and swam 3 to 4 miles a week and ran every day. Now, after deca I can barely walk to the pickup to go to work without being out of breath and I have an elevated heart rate as well (74-82) bpm. Has anyone else run into side effects like these? If so, what did you do to correct this? Any thoughts/questions/input are welcome. Thanks and have a great day.
Do you bruise easily? No numbness in the hands or feet, but I've have digestive issues of varying degrees, and fatigue and lethargy, yes
Hopefully they get something figured out for you sir. The only things I could think we just disproved with the questions I asked you. I was slightly concerned at first it could be a heavy metals poisoning situation but that just doesn`t fit imo. You don`t have enough symptoms to point towards that. The only other thing I was thinking was low iron but you had a normal CBC and you don`t have specific symptoms of low iron + some of your symptoms don`t fit that to begin with. Hope they get you sorted outI do not bruise easily no. My doc also feels that deca was not the ultimate cause of this but said we would not be doing do diligence if we did not investigate anyways. He is talking to.his colleagues to see if if they have have encountered anything similar, so while he is doing that I figured I would sign up here and speak with all of you. I really do appreciate all of the honesty and input, thank you for taking the time share. My doc has a Few other theories. Ill let you guys know how all of this turns out.

. I'm just hoping we get to the bottom of this. Whatever the cause, I don't think I want to try decay again lol. That's good thinking, and my doc had similar thoughts as you, and he tested for iron, which was normal. In meeting with him, I had mentioned that sometimes while eating, it would hurt to swallow food and I felt lots pressure as it went down. He says its possible that my stomach has torn loose from where it is supposed to be and has lodged itself up inside my diaphragm...but again, this is guess work. Next month they are going go put a camera down my throat to see what everything looks like in there...I'm not really looking forward to that but I think its necessary. On that note, a friend of mine said it would be a lot more epic if they sent the camera up from the other direction. I'm just hoping we get to the bottom of this. Whatever the cause, I don't think I want to try decay again lol.

. I will let all of you know how this turns out!x2Deca > NPP
I guess many IFBB Pros, Amateurs, hundreds of thousands of other users and myself are idiots for preferring and using "garbage." lol If you feel deca sucks, that's totally cool, but talking in absolutes is never good.Idk why Deca is still being used in 2024 lol. Seriously itβs total garbage. Metabolites of the drug linger in the body 18-24 months after quitting.
Use NPP if you like what Deca does. Zero excuse to use the 1927 version of the boring ass Deca. NPP ftw.
I had not heard that it lingers in the body for 18-24 months...can you elaborate?Idk why Deca is still being used in 2024 lol. Seriously itβs total garbage. Metabolites of the drug linger in the body 18-24 months after quitting.

It's not uncommon for "traces" of steroids being detected for long periods.I had not heard that it lingers in the body for 18-24 months...can you elaborate?
That's the metabolites correct? It's not uncommon for "traces" of steroids being detected for long periods.
Deca can be detected for as long as 18 months, while NPP around 12 months. Guy failed to mention the NPP part. lol
Yes. One you wouldn't think would be long is TBol (12 months) That's how Jon Jones got detected in UFC. That's why a lot of MMA guys use Var. It's 3 weeks and out of your system. That's the metabolites correct?
