Planning on running a mild cycle
300 mg Sust/200mg NPP per week.

Planning on dropping the NPP after week 8 and switching the sust to prop for 4 weeks.

Im a little gyno prone so was going to run 10 mg Nolva throughout.

I had a PCT program that I was going to use but I’m hearing all sorts of warnings about running a PCT with the NPP. Considering a test only cycle but was hoping for some slight joint relief from the NPP.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. I have Clomid Nolva Hcg and Aromasin. Not sure how to run this.

You don’t run Nolva with a 19-nor. If you’re worried about gyno run clomid or Rolax in your cycle. Nolva works as an agonist when running a 19-nor and can spike your prolactin levels, which in turn can give you prolactin induced gynecomastia not estrogen based. Which is why some people have developed gyno when their estrogen is in check and they don’t know how it’s happening.
If you’re going to come off and pct I strongly advise you to drop the NPP especially if you’re only going to run it for 8 weeks at such a low dose. That’s not long enough to enjoy the joint relief, cause if you do get some kind of relief you’re about to get right back off. I personally don’t think it’s worth running a 19-nor if you’re coming off. But people do.

I disagree 200mg npp is a good dose if the main goal is joint relief. In my experience if you control e2 prolactin usually isn't a issue. Have caber on hand. Run aromasin during to control e2. I would still run Nolvadex and clomid for pct. Get bloods a few weeks in and add caber if needed and adjust your ai if your e2 is too high. I would lengthen the cycle if possible though.

i agree with all of this. 200 is great for joint relief, lots of people run that year round for that reason. Don’t you think the risk to reward factor running it for only 8 weeks to just come off and have a harder time recovering from a 19–nor would be even worth it? Seems like BPC or TB would be better option if OP just wants relief.
Yes estrogen and prolactin are definitely working synergistically

Recovery is deff a bit tougher with a 19 but same applies with any compound the lomger u are shut down and on synthetic hormones the harder it is to recover. I'd run it for 10 weeks squeeze a Lil more out if the cycle. Emdod the day it's up to op he is the one running this lol.

Thank you guys for the replies.

How would 300 Sust / 200 NPP with 12.5 aromasin eod sound? Is that Too high a dose of Aromasin?

How long after coming off NPP is it safe to switch to Nolva? Are there any issues with running Aromasin and Nolva together and am I safe to do a normal PCT after the test only part of the cycle?

Hcg after the NPP or closer to the end?

Going to get blood work but trying to get a loose plan down. Sorry so many questions!!

That’s a lot of Asin. If I’m remembering correctly Nandrolone aromatizes at 20% the rate Testosterone does. 12.5 E3D would be a good starting point, but get bloods a couple weeks in to confirm cause nobody can tell you how your body will react, that is just recommended and then you find out yourself with bloods.

You can run the Nolva a week after dropping the NPP but really I ’m not too worried about a prolactin spike with a lower dose at 200mg, you’ll be fine.

No drug interactions with Nolva and Asin together. That’s safe.

Are you still going to switch the sus to prop at the last 4 weeks? If so then that changes when you should start your hcg/pct protocol.

What is your PCT protocol, you didn’t mention.

No question is dumb, that’s why we’re here. It’d be dumb for you not to!

Thank you again.

I was going to switch to only Prop for the last 4-5 weeks.

My plan was to use Clomid/Nolva at 50/40 for 2 weeks then 25/20 for 2 weeks.
