Package arrived however no bac water after they sent me a disclaim saying only mix with their bac water for best results

“We’ve sent you an extra box of BAC water. Just a friendly reminder: Retatrutide should only be mixed with the BAC water we provide, and not with any other water, to ensure the best results.”


Now they didn’t send it so I’m confused there… still gonna use it obviously. The whole process is wacked out and for the money I saved not worth it at all. I would definitely not recommend anyone use these guys.

Finally this wacky wild journey has come to an end. Hopefully the product turns out as advertised! Not hard to mix up bac water on your own as well.

First, the current Reta can be mixed with any bac water, so it no longer requires the specific one we previously included.

Second, we kept our promise and reshipped your package for free, and you have already received it

I watched this thread since its original post. Glad you got your package.
But I cant help think of the age ole saying- You get what you pay for.
Sure their prices are dirt cheap but all that time to pinch a penny is clearly not worth it.

I have been using yuna for about 8 months. I have always had packages coming no matter what through those times. Always one on route! Besides the problem with all the raids and shit in Sept,oct I have had only one issue and that was NPP200 with sediment in it. I had no issue with it being replaced when I had a problem with it on next order. All products I have received have worked effectively as they should.

These guys will not refund to accounts or wallets. But they will replace what you have had issues with 100%. My experiences with Yuna are awesome and pleasant and quick communications always. Like I said besides the September and October issue which is understandable if you know what happened in China I have not had an issue and if one had presented itself it was rectified for me.
