We completely understand your concerns and wanted to let you know that we have made several improvements recently.
Shipping is now same-day, every day of the week, and most customers are receiving their orders within 2–3 days. We have worked hard to streamline our logistics to ensure quicker turnarounds.
As for the freebies those were a favorite for many, but due to the mail regulations and safety protocols, we had to pause them. Customer package safety remains a top priority, and we won’t compromise on that.
Regarding pricing, we are aware of the changes and understand the impact. Price adjustments have been necessary due to shifts in market supply chains and production costs, but we continue working to offer the best value wherever possible.
