Awesome push day. Yesterday’s food got put to good use! Pump was pretty wicked. Got me some knee sleeves in today. Gonna really push these legs to the limits in the coming months so going to need them.

Hey guys.. hope everyone had a great holiday and didnt stray off the path too much.
Kept with a 4 day spilt. Back bi- chest tri- shoulders-legs-- abs/core in there twice this week. My bpc157 ended this week so Tues when my new week starts im increasing the weights and decreasing the rest time between sets.

Thanks for the update brother. I personally had some tri tip, little turkey and that's about it. I don't do carbs so no issue there.

Welp fellas back to work tomorrow unfortunately. Check ins tomorrow to see where we go from here. Coach gonna make the call to reverse out or keep cutting. Either way the grind don’t stop!

How was everyone's holiday weekend? Hope it went great and safe.
Just wanted to thank everyone for the motivation . All of you guys that post their workouts and routines really gove me that extra push. I know its a competition but at the same time I look at it like we're all helping each other to achieve our goals. I am coming off an injury when I began this comp and I wouldnt be going as hard in the gym if there wasnt other people going for the prize man. I appreciate all of you
