Who’s run HGH only

SB Labs
Ok now I’m even more fuked up. I drink and i take 6 ibuprofen a day. It’s either that or tramadol every day. That being said. My weight lifting has been a huge difference in helping me with my pain management.
Good luck to you brother. I haven’t had a drink in a year and a half, and haven’t taken any NSAIDs since then. I do cycle BPC - 157 now. That seems to help.

I just ordered some and TB500. How much are you taking and how often?

No science behind what I do. I mix 2 1/2 cc with 5 milligrams of bpc. I take 4 iu a day one in lower head of bicep and one in outer side of the elbow. I do this once a day for 3 weeks. I’ll take a week or more off then on for 3 weeks. This keeps my elbow and bicep tendinitis under control.

Mine will be using anavar lowest dose, very soon..
My wife is running 5 of Anavar a day. Good results. I have been doing twenty with 500 of Sustanon and 200 of Deca per week. I saw a Reddit post of a guy who has been on 50 of Anavar for a year. Not sure I would run it that long.

Going to start HGH in next month. I have heard to run 2-3 a day to see how results go. Other people have told me go straight to 4 to start. I’m 52 on Reta, Test and Deca. Still on high side BMI despite lifestyle change with food and alcohol. Hoping to takes that last bit of belly fat off and can add to muscle mass. What has been peoples experience with starting HGH dose and results.

2iu before bed at your age is all you’ll ever need.

I’m discouraged with GH right now. My left hand is numb or tingling or hot or cold depending on the moment. Wakes me up early in the morning and is painful and I can’t get back to sleep. Was taking around 5ius. Stopped and will stay stopped but just did so. After one day hand still feels bad. It sucks bc I was getting good sleep and some fat loss.

Supplemental potassium will take care of that. Had same issue and add potassium in the day and before bed. No issues anymore and I run 5iu.

Ahhh. Ok that’s good to know.
It kills in large doses. I had hypokalemia once and they gave me a metric fuck ton of IV and oral potassium.

A powerade zero has like 300mg of potassium. Ghost makes an electrolyte drink with 4g of sugar and 700mg of potassium.

I’ve never heard of potassium getting rid of HGH bloat but then again I get about 5000mg a day through food and supplementing. There’s dudes on here who add the potassium “salt” to all their food and are getting crazy amounts of it.

I died of hypokalemia. not something you just take non-chalant

Cool story. You also aren’t going to magically OD off 200 or even 300mg unless you are on potassium sparing diuretics or have certain medical conditions.

Considering you died from having low potassium you clearly weren’t at risk from over supplementing…

There’s a whole lot of fear mongering with potassium. They literally have regulations about the strength of “supplements” having to be under 100mg for safety but unless you’re slamming 10 of them at a time or hooking it up to an IV you’re not going to kill yourself from hyperkalemia….or did the doctors not explain it all to you when you were recovering like they did to me?

I mean FFS there was a thread on here about potassium and members were taking grams of potassium throughout the day clearly not dropping dead

It’s one thing to warn someone “hey careful cuz these are potential issues” but it’s a whole other to just say “it’s dangerous and will kill you” with literally zero explanation. At least I gave some legitimate explanation to the risks while also making it clear you’re not going to keel over dead out of nowhere.

I supplement a gram throughout the day on top of 4-5 grams through food a day. You’re not going to die drinking an extra Gatorade or two unless you have a medical restrictions. Which I figure OP would know to avoid ootasssium if his doctors prescribed him meds that needed to avoid potassium

I took 550 mg of potassium gluconate supplement last night. That’s about 90mg of potassium according to the label.

What about magnesium? Will that be of any use here to lower the swelling in the wrist? I discontinued the GH two days ago and the wrist feels better at about 90%.

I hope the hell I can find a way to get back to 4-5 uis a night. Hell, maybe I’ll try a steroid injection to the wrist. Ultimately there’s always surgical release.

Look dude. I was just giving him a friendly warning. Seen people do crazy things and overdo a lot of things. Hope you feel better about yourself
