I agree with his list with Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates and Kai Greene..But there's 2 more I would add...Tom Platz "The Quadfather" and John Meadows..

Second question: Of all 5 who is the #1 of them all?

I’m good with those 5, maybe throw branch in there instead of John, nothing against him he just seems like more of a train smarter guy

If I had to choose I’d put Dorian at #1

I chose Platz. But I like that list. I'm a big Dorian fan...

But seeing Platz's workouts, legs specific were simply insane. I don't know how he was never seriously injured. I've seen some of his off the grid footage, as he is on my forum and it simply doesn't make sense to me. I mean, even if I could have done those workouts...(and I cannot), I would never want to LOL

I had to put Platz up there just for those quad workouts.. Brutality man at its finest.. He makes gorillas scream and puke, and thats just activating everything!

2. Sumner
3. Bomber
4. My 3 yr old niece
5. Charlie on the good girl/bad girl inner thigh machine.

Ronnie by a landslide. nobody trained like that guy did. he still trains in that busted old gym in texas even after all his recent surgeries. he may go down as one of the toughest humans to ever walk the earth in my opinion. the guy is not a quitter.
