A couple of days ago I started feeling kinda congested and just weird in my mid section, so I just checked my BP. Its 150 over 100 now and in the past it was always 120 and 80 I believe.

I have been taking 200 test a week for a couple of years and just started 25 Anavar once a day, about 3 weeks ago. Could it be the Var? I never had issues with it before, but this is from a different vendor.

Any suggestions on lowering my BP?

So you take test and anavar but you have a self admitted shit diet and dont do any cardio and youre on here asking why your blood pressure is high? Run some laps and eat healthy. And drop the damn oral. Youre taxing your system and its doing you absolutely no good. You have no business running anavar unless youre lean. Im curious to know Why youre even taking it? Just gonna take a shot in the dark here and assume you dont do bloodwork either so asking what your hematocrit is at would be pointless? Or do you?

Absolutely do cardio man. ~15 mins on the treadmill at around 3 incline & 3mph every day or 30 mins a few times a week is sufficient even.

walk every day great for blood pressure and heart rate---when i used to run my heart rate would go under 30 and set alarm off in hospital --nurse said it was normal once she saw me

That's really harsh to a guy that takes 150 mg TRT and 25 mg/d anavar.

Oh then by all means hold his hand and walk him through taking a hepatotoxic oral for no reason. Ill refrain from giving anymore healthy advice you do your thing. I thought 150/100 BP was harsh.

U taking any telmasartan

Var makes me feel like shit , can’t take it for more than a week, even at 15-20mg a day
Everyone calls Var "mild". Tren doesnt nuke my lipids or liver enzymes as bad as Anavar. Its always the 1st thing someone throws into a TRT+ regimen and it has the lowest ROI in my opinion.

So you think that 150 mg TRT and 25 mg/d anavar is excessive and make assumptions about his lifestyle. I would bet by your attitude that your doses are much higher. So, you are self righteous, insulting and hypocritical.

I recently had a BP issue turned out it was from me taking Ibuprofen. NSAID’s can really fuck your BP up badly. My shit was consistently 150/90 on ibuprofen. I stopped taking it and now I’m always around 110/70

It constricts the epithelium in the nephrons. Some are more sensitive than others.

I see. You love your tren.
Now whose making assumptions? A bit hypocritical of you. Ive ran tren twice in my life. So no. And im not making assumptions he admitted he had a poor diet and didnt do any cardio. Do you have trouble reading? And yes my doses are much higher, and my blood pressure is 122/86 consistently becaise I run 3 miles 4 times a week and my diet is on lock. Thanks for asking.

Ive better things to do than argue with you. Ive said my piece go bother someone else. If you want to encourage someone who doesnt diet or train properly to run an oral then go for it, the board is open. Encourage away.

I feel the same way, it’s a shit compound all around, all the bad of a 17 alkylated, but none of the gains, it’s freaking pointless and a waste of money

Its funny the 70's and 80's guys used more orals than injectables.
I mean I hear all the time how guys would run an Amp of Parabolan w/k
and eat Dbol/Drol/Var/Winstrol all day everyday.

No test. they thought of it as a "dirty drug"

If u have been on the test dose for years with no issues & recently added the var, seems pretty simple drop the var and monitor bp for a bit.

when I was younger, I could take 100 mg of var every day for months at a time and not have any problems, the same with dbol, Winstrol wouldn’t even bother me if it wasn’t for the elbows back then, I guess shit changes when you hit your 40s. I have a iron gut too but var nowadays makes me nauseous
