Prepping for the next couple of days. Spaghetti squash and some sweet Potatoes, one Japanese or Asian IDK and one good old 'Merican sweet tatter I have a couple of frozen Swordfish steaks from Trader Joe's. Great price at $9.99 a pound!!!

And dinner was another 6oz chicken breast, spaghetti squash with garlic marinara sauce, and a side salad with sesame seed dressing... oh yeah, the MIO Sweet Tea.

hell yeah and its a big 1 i will have to take pics the process is to much to sit here and try to explain. but yeah real newengland clam bake and pot luck. wifes family is huge. this is the 50th anniversary of the farm clambake so it should be good.
