Its always something, shit boiled shrimp, crawish,red beans & rice,pork chop,steak,gumbo,but i still eat chicken wraps .i cant eat that super rich food..
But i do cook it.

My wife and I were naughty tonight, we had Texas Roadhouse. 2 baskets of rolls, cactus blossom, wife had ribs, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had 8oz rare sirloin, plain sweet potato with steamed veggies.

This was not a good idea... but I did go to church, cook brunch, trained today, chest, back and some legs and cardio and planted some tomatoes and egg plants.

But I got pretty lit last night. My chickens were on my porch yelling at me because I never put them in and locked them out of their run. Fuckers were pissed at 7:30 this morning. Sammy my rooster attacked me so I chased him around with that tequilla head and never caught him, morning cardio I guess. Fucking sad.
