I had 8oz baked chicken breast baked in fat free Italian dressing shredded up and used brown rice pasta ,and a little bit of egg whites and Parmesan sauce

I been eatin sour dough every day since my calories increased. I love that stuff. I just finished a loaf of everything sour dough bread the other day. That stuff was pretty good.
I love REAL bread and REAL cheese

I just picked up a fresh baked real loaf of ciabatta from the market made with just a few ingredients

Stuff is more valuable than gold around here, it’s truly a task to find real bread in my area

There’s only a couple of places I know of

We got farmers market here every 2 weeks on Saturdays. There’s a vendor there who makes alllll kinds of fresh sour dough breads . There pretty damn good. I go when I’m able to.
