Its possible but it wont be lean muscle.10-15 lbs reasonable ?
You can add 10-15 lbs. of "Weight" Without any gear in 10 weeks Just by adding a surplus of calories. I have done it using high carb mass gainers.10-15 lbs reasonable ?
Even 150mg Sat 150mg Wed..... would be fine but run it longer than 10 weeks.... 12 if its your 1st run with testosterone. What would you suggest bumping it up to 400 running for 12 weeks or maybe switching to Test C as I’ve heard it’s quicker acting
I’ve also done this in the past but it mostly put on fat unfortunatelyYou can add 10-15 lbs. of "Weight" Without any gear in 10 weeks Just by adding a surplus of calories. I have done it using high carb mass gainers.
Not saying that is a good or positive thing by any means.
It kinda comes down to how much do you love this life? How committed are you to the gains? Are you willing to be a slave to the needle for the rest of your life? Big decisions, I chose to cruise forever at 27 years old, no “ragrets”What’s your opinion on blasting and cruising ?

My first cycle was 350 to 500mg of Test only per week for 16 weeks, I was everyday in a clean calorie surplus, my diet was good, 5-7 workout per week, enough recovery and sleep. I gained 30-35lbs with the same bodyfat (around 15%). I think 10 weeks is too short, depends on the ester as well, with Test E or Test C it takes around 4-6 weeks to reach the peak level, so worst case there are only 4 weeks with the high peek of testosteron in your blood left to build some serious muscle, not enough!I know everyone ones different. But let’s just say I have my training dialed in and my nutritional intake dialed in pretty solid throughout a 10 week cycle on test E 300mg.What are some realistic gains that I should see after 10 weeks ?Thanks
Sorry no disrespect but I can’t take you serious if you think I will only put on 2-3 pounds of muscle with what I’m taking and training hard and following the diet plan that has been recommended by multiple people on this site .You come across as condescending.
Go to the grocery store and pick up 3lbs of meat. Now imagine adding that as lean tissue onto your body in 10 weeks.Sorry no disrespect but I can’t take you serious if you think I will only put on 2-3 pounds of muscle with what I’m taking and training hard and following the diet plan that has been recommended by multiple people on this site .You come across as condescending.
From the cycle I’m running and from people at my gym that have run similar cycles I would say 10-15 pounds .But it’s my 1st cycle and I know everyone reacts differentSo what do you think is realistic? Not water weight but real contractile tissue growth in 10 weeks.
For entertainment purposes, I'm getting entertain the idea that you truly and legitimately have your nutrition dialed in.I know everyone ones different. But let’s just say I have my training dialed in and my nutritional intake dialed in pretty solid throughout a 10 week cycle on test E 300mg.What are some realistic gains that I should see after 10 weeks ?Thanks
If you already knew the answer, why did you bother wasting everyone's time and effort? You literally have decades of expertise here giving you the benefit of their experiences, but you go ahead and listen to your gym bros. From the cycle I’m running and from people at my gym that have run similar cycles I would say 10-15 pounds .But it’s my 1st cycle and I know everyone reacts different
When the voice of reasoning chimes in..If you already knew the answer, why did you bother wasting everyone's time and effort? You literally have decades of expertise here giving you the benefit of their experiences, but you go ahead and listen to your gym bros.

The difference between enanthate vs cypionate is negligible. What would you suggest bumping it up to 400 running for 12 weeks or maybe switching to Test C as I’ve heard it’s quicker acting
