I know everyone ones different. But let’s just say I have my training dialed in and my nutritional intake dialed in pretty solid throughout a 10 week cycle on test E 300mg.What are some realistic gains that I should see after 10 weeks ?Thanks

What would you suggest bumping it up to 400 running for 12 weeks or maybe switching to Test C as I’ve heard it’s quicker acting

Even 150mg Sat 150mg Wed..... would be fine but run it longer than 10 weeks.... 12 if its your 1st run with testosterone.
You should have bloods done prior to starting your Test cycle to see where your health markers are... then again 2 months in to see if you respond well to that dose.

At your age bro, I wouldn’t do anything yet. Anyway 300mg is enough for you first run, you need to worry about what you can keep after pct. On the next cycle, which there will be a next one, bump it up more. You’ll know more on what to expect and how to be alittle more dialed in and the gains will be better.

You can add 10-15 lbs. of "Weight" Without any gear in 10 weeks Just by adding a surplus of calories. I have done it using high carb mass gainers.

Not saying that is a good or positive thing by any means.
I’ve also done this in the past but it mostly put on fat unfortunately

Did the bloodwork t was on the high side which is to be expected at my age But I live in the gym absolutely love being there and putting in the hard work But not afraid to admit that seeing maybe 1-2 pounds of lean muscle over roughly 7 months gets discouraging .On other threads I’ve asked plenty of questions to trying to do it the right way and get the most out of the cycle. Thanks for knowledge it’s much appreciated

What’s your opinion on blasting and cruising ?
It kinda comes down to how much do you love this life? How committed are you to the gains? Are you willing to be a slave to the needle for the rest of your life? Big decisions, I chose to cruise forever at 27 years old, no “ragrets” 😂

Gains will come down to three things diet, training and recovery. We have no idea what you will gain unless we know you maintenance calories and what you plan to eat in surplus/deficit.

300mg is PLENTY. If you can't make sic gains on that than one of the three above are off or your genetics are just terrible. Anyone telling you otherwise can suck it. :)

My first cycle was 350 to 500mg of Test only per week for 16 weeks, I was everyday in a clean calorie surplus, my diet was good, 5-7 workout per week, enough recovery and sleep. I gained 30-35lbs with the same bodyfat (around 15%). I think 10 weeks is too short, depends on the ester as well, with Test E or Test C it takes around 4-6 weeks to reach the peak level, so worst case there are only 4 weeks with the high peek of testosteron in your blood left to build some serious muscle, not enough!

You will probably only see 2 to 3 lbs of muscle. Start a log. Do check in pics. Diet laid out. Training progress. Set a goal and achieve it.
You can say you have everything on point but the second someone says that we instantly think he has no idea. Training you think you train hard but most people have 4 reps in them. Then your genetics, as I'm a talker guy everything is harder for me and will take longer. Sucks but just have to keep pressing on. This is my meal plan - what's yours?

Sorry no disrespect but I can’t take you serious if you think I will only put on 2-3 pounds of muscle with what I’m taking and training hard and following the diet plan that has been recommended by multiple people on this site .You come across as condescending.

So what do you think is realistic? Not water weight but real contractile tissue growth in 10 weeks.

Go to the grocery store and pick up 3lbs of meat. Now imagine adding that as lean tissue onto your body in 10 weeks.

From the cycle I’m running and from people at my gym that have run similar cycles I would say 10-15 pounds .But it’s my 1st cycle and I know everyone reacts different

My fist cycle was Deca only 250mg a week. I FUCKIN exploded!! Put in the work like this is your job and you will do the same. First cycle is always the best cycle in my opinion. But you have to truly bust your ass, don't lie to yourself. No bullshit put in the work!! You got this bro. I'd say anywhere from 10-30 pounds.

For entertainment purposes, I'm getting entertain the idea that you truly and legitimately have your nutrition dialed in.
Some guys really think they got it on point. And they are actually very far from it.
I say this because once upon a time I was one of them.
If You have your meal set up where they are catering to your needs, where you are making adjustments as you go, not just eating the same size portions from start to finish, There's a process with adding and subtracting, with on days and off days and so on. With this being said.
If everything is going accordingly, someone can definitely expect some pretty considerable changes in body composition, And if they walk away with 5-8 lbs in gains, That's pretty good in my book long as body composition made positive and considerable changes as well.

The scale doesn't even have to budge to be honest, long as body composition changes, and the mirror changes that's a win-win!!!!

Fuck the scale..

If you already knew the answer, why did you bother wasting everyone's time and effort? You literally have decades of expertise here giving you the benefit of their experiences, but you go ahead and listen to your gym bros.

When the voice of reasoning chimes in..

Good cop - bad cop.. 😂 🗣️

We would like to see the people at your gym who gained these 10-15lb of muscle in a cycle.

2 issues with your train of thought. 1… you’re assuming that weight gained during a cycle is all muscle, which is not. Gaining 3lbs of actual tissue it’s a pretty good growth phase imo.

2, you want all this muscle FAST, it doesn’t work that way. Unless you’re a genetic freak, taking way more stuff than testosterone, with a coach and perfect training and diet it’s gonna take time and consistency to put on the size you’re probably after.

You were the one asking for food choices on gear, that leads me to believe your diet and training are no where dialed in and you’re just ahead of yourself day dreaming about an ifbb physique, when you should be worrying about the basics and simply being consistent.
