(Fwd from my buddy tryna get help)

Alright I have a situation. First of all if you are new to this stuff DONT FOLLOW MY LEAD Idk shit! Just learning. Let me be an example of what not to do, always get blood before during and after and you won’t be left wondering like me.

Male mid 20s, healthy active etc
No signs of low test before cycle.

Last Dec 3rd now over a year ago, I started my first cycle ever of 300mg weekly of sust test, this lasted 4 months last pin April 3rd. 25 lbs and lean gains. I wanted to put off pct to make sure the esters cleared.. As the time went on I felt fine and happy with the gains. Little emotional but felt fine so I never did pct 🫣

Now it’s 7 months since last pin and my blood work is pretty good and I always felt great, some back acne 2 months after last pin which I can imagine is my natural test coming back. (I never got any tests before which you should never do!)
I got blood work recently on no sleep, off the couch first time walking around since surgery, late in the day.

test now is 518
LH is 7.6 ml ul
FSH 4.8 ml ul
Estradiol 14.3
SHBG 35nmol

So the question is, I’m trying to recover from arm surgery and wondering if I should run a short 10 week of test 250 a week and maybe rad for my physical therapy and then run clomid after…or if I should do a round of clomid right now? Or just stay natty and see what my bloods do in a few more months?
It seems like my LH and FSH are higher reference range which leads me to believe my test levels are still naturally trying to recover more..
open to discussion I’m healthy and not going to push anything and have learned a lot and continuing to learn.

Please school me up and learn me something new and maybe give me some good pointers on where I could go next! Thank you

Rad is harsh. I wouldn't use it if you're recovering from surgery. Test isn't going to help that much either. What you need is time and not more gear. Maybe some peptides like BPC if you have to inject something.

Thank you. I’m on bpc, mod, ipo, epitalon and igf lr3 currently.
Also tb 500. So it’s quite the recovery stack I guess I was just wondering by the time I’m back to working out it would be nice to be saturated with test by that point but I guess I’m just overthinking it.

Do you feel bad? Like low test sides? If you honestly don't just take the extra time off. When you come back you can run something like 300mg and you'll be way fresher and get more out of it then upping from 200mg.

No, no bad symptoms really. I was at 518 or so like I said a week ago when I tested. That’s why I’m wondering if I should do clomid to get those levels back up, my LH and FSH listed above seem to be good so I figured it’s my natural levels tryna come back, which would make clomid nearly useless I heard since they aren’t low and in good reference range

Clomid is nothing but side effects in a pill. If you're not feeling bad then why are you so caught up on your levels? Focus on recovering.

Right. That’s why I originally never did clomid. I’m actually pleased with my levels I’m just looking at them in terms if I should start a small cycle again. I start physical therapy in about a week, and after a few weeks I should be able to workout again so I was wondering if it’d help to be loaded with test at that point

When I had shoulder surgery years ago I came off everything. Took about 6 months to recover and another few months to get my strength back. Then I started a cycle. Didn’t feel it was worth doing a cycle until I could go 100% again. Your young bro, heal up natty and then get back on.

thank you, it seems like this is good advice from both of you. Ima stay on the peptides and once I can actually train hard I’ll make the most of a cycle. It also gives me a few more months to possibly have my natural test recover more and I’ll get blood work again before I do anytbing to see

What is your opinion on BPC/TB500 now that you’ve had a chance to use it for recovery? Also what is your protocol for using them, such as dose and pinning schedule?
