My breakfeast consisted of:

200mgs Tren E 2x a week
200mgs EQ 2x a week
200mgs Mast P (Every other day)
400mgs Test E 2x a week
50mgs NAD+ every other say
Clomid 50mgs everyday
Dianabol 40mgs split breakfast and dinner

Started back on GH. Started out with just 1.5 iu EOD and up to 2.25 EOD today.

A little data here, last year at 2.25 iu EOD my IGF-1 was ~200 ng/mL. Then, same batch, 5 iu EOD was only 275 ng/mL and my fasting glucose went up a lot to 130 without any support. On 2.25 EOD and on just 500 mg berberine my fasted glucose was 85. I am on Berberine now. A few months ago on TRT 150 mg/w and GH 1.5 iu EOD and no support fasted glucose was 90. So I am a little apprehensive about going much higher than 5 iu EOD. this time I will add berberine at 1000 mg/d. Maybe I will get bloods.

Everyone is a little different. The general rule is above 6 iu/d and most people are adding in support either berberine, Metformin or insulin. It looks like my system is not nearly as flexible. I did notice much more pronounced fat burning so it was a bummer seeing the numbers. I pulled the plug rather than adding control measures. I'm always concerned that bringing and out of control function back into control is more difficult than resetting and going from there.

For me this whole game has shifted to optimal health rather than pushing things. Getting older means refocus.

This is mid cycle for me. I may up things for a few weeks from here and then down again and by early August cycle off and back to TRT.
