2x single arm nautilus plate loaded pull down

Arms and side delts, was suppose to be legs but my lower back said absolutely not, tweaked it at work yesterday, gonna give it another day or two.

fkn rest day worked the old lady mowed the lawn gonna hit some cardio later, then some cooking happy 4th everybody.

Yup! Pretty close to failure on most sets, maybe 1 RIR "gun to my head"

Ever since I started 180mg/wk Test C I'm having trouble finding the ceiling in my volume. I got a bunch of stuff to do today to help my girl prep for her surgery on Tuesday or else I'd probably keep going and do some abs/core work as well, and probably more arms.

Been considering adding Primo and/or Mast to my stack (test, hgh, reta, glutathione, nad+) but I don't think there's much point in that until I find my real volume ceiling, which I haven't really been able to yet.
 
Gym closes at 2pm today. And it will be busy so no gym today. Probably just walk a few miles along the water as they have live music beer tent booths games and some competitions going on.
