Bro that fucking hacksquat crushed my ego a couple months back. Unreal. Had to take a couple plates off but I looked around first and made sure no one was watching 😂😂
 
Late lift today, just finished up back.

3x neutral grip lat pull down
4x hammer strength low to high row
3x dumbell incline row
2x single arm nautilus plate loaded pull down
3x nautilus machine pull over
3x chest supported wide grip upper back row
 
Session #2 today (a.k.a. the beauty of my gym being my back patio in South Florida)

3x standing overhand curls
5x seated incline hammer curls
5x each arm concentration curls
5x seated incline bicep curls (myorep match sets)
5x reverse crunches
4x kettlebell farmers carries
4x planks
