Legsss, was suppose to have side delts with it but ran outta time due to a slightly later start, and had to get to work

2x standing single leg leg curl
3x leg extension
2x hack-squat
3x leg press
3x seated hamstring curl
2x smith machine rdl
2x sissy hacksquat
2x adductors
3x calf press

No cardio today.
