Hoist in a funny brand. Not a fan of a lot of their stuff, but then they have random handful of machines that absolutely fuck lol

One of my favorite machines. The constant tension is sick and allows for a deep stretch. You can really squeeze your pecs as you press. The incline and flat versions are both GOATED IMO. I alternate between inc and flat on Push A/Push B days. Always my 2nd chest exercise in.
