What are you getting your spouse/girlfriend for Christmas this year??

I thought it’d be fun to hear what other guys are getting their wives or girlfriends (and in some cases wives AND their girlfriend ) for the holidays. I know that each year I try to go bigger and bigger from the year before. Presents and gifts are very big in my house… especially with two kids under 12 y/o and a 19 y/o away in college.

If you celebrate Christmas or participate in Hanukkah.. what gifts are being placed under the tree this year or given to others?

As a side note I’m curious to know what guys set as their spending limits for gifts. Do you have a limit before you start or do you just wing it and decide when it’s enough?

I’ll post what I’m getting my lady at the end… we’ve both decided we’re not going crazy like we have in past years! Our 19 year old is leaving after Christmas break and heading to Hawaii to study abroad for two semesters Talk about expensive and we’re footing the bill for that as well. Not easy at all!

My wife only ever want things that she NEEDS..

She'll get upset if I buy her anything that not 'practical'.

So I bought her every day things that she can use..... she needed a new Otter box phone case. She wanted a heating pad, a new novel, and one those neck pillow things that you use on planes..... I did splurge a little on that one.

1. Tile tracking chips cause she always loses her phone, keys, wallet/purse, remote, etc

2. Cricut 3 Vinyl decorating/cutting machine.. I don't really know what it is, but I think she'll like it lol

3. A nintendo switch. She likes our Oculus that we've had the last 5 yrs or so, but she's not a fan of me sweating into the headband for 3hrs and then its soggy when she puts it on her head

Nice man… so my girl is same way. Dyson vacuum cleaners, a new stove, UGG blankets, a new refrigerator one year lol. She wants things she can use…

I still try to get her the things she can enjoy.. like stretch bands and hairdryers lol.

So I got her a weight set with stand, resistance bands, ankle weights, a couple nice winter jackets, a heated vest for when we walk the dogs, above the toilet vanity, an UGG heated blanket, tweezer set, a leather journal, snow brush for the car and some other misc things…

Some of these will go in her stocking and I picked up some candies that were big in the mid to late 70’s for her stocking.
