Clean eating is well-known among bodybuilders all around the world. Some of the finest foods for bodybuilding are-

Carbs: Grains, Oats, Rice (Brown/White), Potatoes, Banana.

Protein: Chicken, Fish, Lean Beef, Turkey, Soya, Whey Protein, Eggs.

Fats: Nuts, Avocados, coconut oil, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, egg yokes.

Potatoes and Avocados are very nutritious! My favorite for bodybuilding -

1. Bison, Sweet Potato, Egg Skillet with a lot of onions, peppers, mushrooms !!

2. Loco Moco (Hawaiian dish) - 2 lean beef Patties over Calrose sticky rice w Eggs and Shredded onion brown gravy(homemade)

3. Steak, Eggs, Potatoes, Green Beans or Roasted Brussels !

4 . Sashimi & Nigiri !!
